“An Absolutely Amazing Stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate Dave’s 60th birthday! Ashe & Ember was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had every amenity we could have possibly wanted. There were 8 of us, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy ourselves. Our hosts, Lance & Micaela, were exceptional. They were so attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay and truly went above and beyond to make our celebration special. They even surprised us with a special treat, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel incredibly welcomed. We had the BEST time and honestly didn’t want to leave! From the beautiful home to all of the little details, everything was so well thought out. “We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and attention to detail the hosts put into making sure their guests have everything they could possibly need. The cabin was incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite things was the privacy and being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without feeling like anyone was right on top of us. My dog absolutely loved it too, which made the trip even more special! Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, and we never felt like we were missing a thing. You can tell the owners genuinely care about their guests and the experience they have while staying here. We enjoyed exploring Bryson City, but honestly, coming back to the cabin was one of the best parts of each day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“A True Lakefront Gem! We had a wonderful stay! Our family takes one big vacation together each year, and this beautiful, spacious, and welcoming home made this trip extra special. With plenty of bedrooms, everyone had their own space, especially the kids. There was so much to do without leaving: a golf simulator, ping pong, outdoor spaces, fire pits, a spa, and the lake. Kayaks, paddleboards, and floaties made enjoying the water easy, and renting a boat for the day was a highlight. We loved cruising the lake and taking in the scenery. Most importantly, the home offered the perfect setting for quality family time—relaxing by the water, enjoying the spa, playing games, or simply sitting together at the end of the day. Lance and Michaela were wonderful hosts—responsive, helpful, and quick to answer questions, making our stay easy and stress-free. This home is a true gem. We left with amazing family memories and would absolutely love to return!”

“You will not regret staying here. It is peaceful and beautiful. The home is cozy and offers great views. I personally loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds. Where we live, we don’t have cardinals, so it was so neat to just watch them every morning. The scenery off the porch is beautiful, seeing the smoky mountains in the distance is gorgeous. You are a little bit away from the city, but I mean that in a positive way. Nights are peaceful and you find yourself chasing the fireflies. But don’t worry, you are plenty close enough to everything that you need. Hosts were fantastic and very responsive. They took care of us last second and it was SUCH a relief for our family, and we loved it so much we added another day. We can’t recommend it enough, we already want to come back out to see the fall colors.”

“Great Airbnb for a bachelorette party! We had a fantastic time. The sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge were great amenities. One of the members of our group also forgot their kindle and they found it and plan to ship back. Greatly appreciated, would definitely return!!”

“Our family and friends had a wonderful stay at Mama Bear Cabin. Lance and Micaela were fabulous hosts. If you're planning to explore Bryson City, this is a fantastic place to stay. It's peaceful and secluded while still being only about 20 minutes from downtown, where you'll find great restaurants, the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, shopping, and plenty of outdoor activities. One of our favorite parts was the drive to the cabin. A beautiful mountain stream runs alongside much of the road, and you can hear it from the front porch, making it incredibly relaxing. The cabin offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. It feels like a true mountain retreat without being far from everything. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway.”

“Oh my goodness!!!! If you want to feel as if you are in a comfortable 5 Star resort…..this is your place. Over the years our family has stayed in numerous locations and this is by far the best ever. The kitchen was AMAZING, absolutely everything you could ever need when feeding a crowd. The beds were so comfy, so cozy it felt like home, great WiFi and TV, and activities galore. There was no need to even leave the property to stay entertained. We enjoyed ping pong, a golf simulator, etc and being on the water was so nice. This is such a beautifully peaceful lake. We enjoyed the dock, fished a little, kayaked, used the paddle board and just enjoyed the pleasant temperatures of sitting on the dock as well as on the outdoor decks. I just cannot say enough about this property. Wonderful hosts who answered immediately if I had a question. Then a trip to Bryson City was a nice surprise. I would recommend this property to anyone, in fact, we hope to return.”
