“The house is beautiful, but in need of a serious revamp. The setting is gorgeous; we loved the steam in the master bathroom and the hot tub, but the lack of a toilet paper holder and falling caulk in the shower were very disappointing. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the fireplace is not working and the many humidifiers provided are useless. The trash in the garage was not emptied before our arrival and there was litter by the front steps. To add insult to injury, we were charged $25 for early check in. The management of the property is in need of revamping as well, and the automated AI responses did not help!”

“Cozy place to get away”

“Lots of stairs. Hot water was not always available. Host changed door code 3 times between 2pm and 4pm day of check in, limited service along route and at property made it hard to find all codes they gave us to access the property. 24/7 support phone number was not available 24/7. The security alarm went off for 45 minutes nonstop after accidental activation, no one from management company, local police authorities or AirBnB could provide assistance. Stood outside from 115am until 2am when they responded, use caution when using the light switches in the master room, security panel is right there and armed itself with a single button push that could not be canceled. Various loose stairs. The rest of the experience was wonderful. House is rather updated compared to the exterior. Dirt road in is very accessible, if it’s started to get a little rough, you probably went too far. Says there is a one car garage, enough room to fit two small cars. Would stay here again.”
