It had great views and was a fun, challenging hike.

We traveled with a group of 13 in our party and I have to say we could not have asked for a better house. The house itself is very spacious with multiple areas to hangout, basement was great for our family hang outs and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need to prepare meals. We enjoyed our time at this home & will miss the views. Thanks for the memories! I highly recommend this property and host

This home was very roomy enough for my family. Game room was fun. Lighting was a bit confusing. Cookware was old and needed to be replaced.: upgraded. No storage containers or mixing bowls were provided in the kitchen. I had to purchase some at local Dollar General. Cutting boards were disgusting and really should be replaced. We didn’t use!! Spider webs are spotted throughout the home, pet hair in carpet . Pizza oven had old melted cheese. Cleaning service maybe needs to step it up. Home is beautiful and scenery is spectacular.

Absolutely loved this stay! The kitchen was perfect for cooking for our large group. The property team was extremely helpful. And the house itself is divine! 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Lots and lots of river bugs and mosquitos flying on the ceiling of the house. So many that there must be a hole in the windows somewhere. Called maintenance and they were very responsive. Also the upstairs master bathroom smelled like mold. The pics make the place look wayyyyy nicer than it is. It needs a lot of maintenance. Cleaning. The vents on the floor are broken. Couple cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. But the ppl were very responsive and that was nice I guess. Good location too. 12 min walk from the gondola. We saw a moose and a fox!

Attention to detail was amazing. There were a few problems with hot tub cover and toaster, but they addressed them quickly even before we even knew there was a problem. The views are amazing from almost all rooms in the house. The convenience to the resort was great (5 minutes from resort and 5 minutes from restaurants and town.) They thought of everything. We had three family’s of four and had plenty of room. The kids LOVED the bunk room. We’d definitely stay again!

We had great time in this Winter Park condo. There were few hiccups with firewood and parking permits, but winter park escapes managed to resolve everything very fast. The house is very new, clean and warm. We enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the area.

Stayed here after a 17-hour drive and was extremely disappointed. •Filthy: Had to clean floor toilet myself. The small bedroom duvet had disgusting dried stains (mucus/fluids). The kitchen pans were greasy and had to be scrubbed before use. •Safety: Smoke alarm beeped all night; maintenance just removed it from the ceiling and left us without a detector. •Noise: Metal furniture in the small room clangs at every touch. People walking by in ski boots sound like hammers. •Location: The location is two shuttle stops from the gondola, so it is not convenient to walk to with ski boots on your feet. The host is quick to threaten fines for timing but offered zero compensation for these hygiene and safety failures. Avoid.

The house and views were great. There are a LOT of stairs (3 flights to get to first living area, then 2 more to get to main living space) for my family it was ok, but the stairs with altitude is a workout. The view made the stairs worth it for us. As for management company, at 3:00, I emailed to ask if unit was ready as weather was getting bad. The response was it is $25 bucks and she would need to check if ready. I think it is shady to charge extra if unit is ready, so I let her know that. She said she would check if ready and that was the last I heard back. * I get charging extra IF someone knows well in advance they need the unit earlier and they pay prem to get cleaners in earlier, but when the unit is ready and we are talking 30ish minutes early, well that is just a $ grab. It is more the principle than the $. I already paid $1400 for 3 nights, trying to squeeze me for $25 seems like bad business. It is either ready or not.
