“I’ll start by saying Willow Creek did everything they could given the circumstances (even buying a birthday cake) we were handed. I would 100% recommend Willow Creek rentals but I would never recommend Hemlock house. When we showed up to the cabin there was no power and there’s also no cell phone signal. No power means no WiFi which meant calling about the issue was impossible without driving to the nearest town from a pretty remote cabin and waiting to hear back. The upstairs bed is hard as a rock, the clawfoot bathtub slides around the bathroom which allows the drain to come off the tub and dump water into the 1st floor, the whole home water filter stopped up to the point there was basically no water pressure, all of our clothes came out of the washer dyed blue, and it took 3 cycles in the dryer to dry even a tiny load of clothes. Willow creek did everything they could to fix every problem we informed them about but it got to the point in our trip where I gave up and stopped calling.”

“The willow creek cabin was just what we wanted for our family Christmas vacation in Blue Ridge. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had so many amenities. The kids loved the game room and spent most nights there. I loved reading by the fireplace and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and the creek. The kitchen was stocked with whatever we could have needed. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again!”

“Great place to stay! Beautiful area! Very easy to get to downtown Blue Ridge, Helen, Blairsville and Dahlonega. The o lot downside is they have a lot of cameras placed outside. So it doesn’t feel quite as private when you are outside.”
