“Everything was great and the space was great. Only minor thing was that only 1 towel was provided and half a roll of toilet paper and when we reached out through the app to request more, there was no response. We should have just gone to the front desk. The building itself is dated with narrow hallways but the space in our condo loft was excellent with beautiful views.”

“I would have gave a 5 but, the day we checked in, we were told that our room was not ready yet due to an AC issue. We left and came back. While we were gone, we were told our room would not be ready that night due to the AC issue would not be fixed for another 3-4 hours. They had gave us our keys and, and provided us another room for the night while they fixed the AC. We were told the room was ready and gave us our code to unload our stuff and proceed to our room. We arrived to our room, the door is open and the house keeper is still cleaning. I called the front desk to make them aware of this and they stated it should have been ready. The front desk clerk came up to finish and we were in the room in about 10-15 while they finished up. We were told we could leave the next room morning and go to the room we booked. We proceeded to do so, and the HVAC tech had still been working on the AC all day. It seems like communication within is not great. Overall, clean and up to date room.”

“Great location with two on site restaurants and all the amentities. The building is a little dated, but you can't beat the amenities for kids. Be careful: the kitchen is very bare bones. There were no paper towels and zero spices. Kinda appaling for an AirBnB rental. It was more like hotel where the cleaning staff takes everything left by guests.”

“Location is great and the price lake beach area is wonderful. However, the condo noted a king size bed which it was not. The main issue was the sofa bed was not on a frame it was a folding mattress pad that went on the hard floor. Not acceptable sleeping situation for the rate. the host stated we could get an air mattress from the front desk. However, we were under the impression we would have a sofa bed.”

“Need a map for interior space in building. Multiple keys are a bit much. A/c unit is loud.”

“The AC was not working when we arrived. I immediately sent a message through Airbnb to let the owner know. After not hearing from the owner for several hours, I went to the front desk. They were very helpful but unable to get the AC fixed until the next day. It was VERY hot outside the weekend we stayed. We had to sleep in 85+ degrees, and it was super uncomfortable. The keypad stopped working on our second day. Instead of messaging the owner, we went straight to the front desk. After several trips back and forth to the desk, they gave us a physical key. The unit has very few kitchen items – the least I have seen at any Airbnb. For example, they only have 1 butter knife. We weren’t planning to do a ton of cooking, but found the kitchen lacked the basic essentials for even preparing sandwiches for lunch. Don’t worry though – an old, stale bag of pretzels and popcorn are there for you to snack on. If you have allergies, do not stay here, there is shag carpeting everywhere.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the balcony was lovely and the location was perfect. The balcony furniture was dirty and not very comfortable so we brought our camp chairs from the car. That helped. Overall, an excellent experience.”

“Solid place to stay for short getaway”

“The place was spotless and updated for two of us but the building itself needs some updates. Hallways look kinda depressing and we had an internet issue so neither TV would work. We called and messaged about this but it wasn’t resolved so we could not watch movies in the evening. We love both restaurants near so the main draw is you can walk to them.”

“Pictures are just as the place is. Connected to 2 restaurants that were very good. Check- in works like a hotel would but each unit is owned privately so if questions come up the front desk can’t really help you out. Messages to host are only seen from certain hours of that day”
