“The house was very nice and well equipped. The resort was a little confusing at first. There is no self park at the main resort, you must valet park. The house is pretty far from the main resort so driving back and forth is necessary if you wish to use the resort amenities.”

“Wonderful setting. Loved the ocean front screened porch The freezer consisted of 2 drawers. Neither of the drawers fitted. When you tried to open them they fell out. This needs to be fixed.”

“The condo was very nice but I specifically chose this unit because it stated that the 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds and the beds were twin beds. Not a complete deal breaker but with adult children traveling with us I would have chosen a different unit had it been described correctly.”

“The smell in the kitchen was so bad we couldn’t spend time eating in or staying inside to play games at night as a family. It was such an awful smell. I texted for service and they never fixed the problem or offered a solution until day before leaving offered to spend night at a different place which would if taken more of our time. We are very dissatisfied with the money we paid and had to deal with that awful smell”

“This was a bait and switch- the villa I saw and rented for my family online was beautiful and we looked forward to it for months but suddenly “unavailable” after they made us wait past check in time on the day of arrival. The front desk of the resort “couldn’t help us” so they gave us a phone number for the villas and the woman was extremely rude and downgraded us to a disgusting dingy apartment and would not respond after giving us the entry code. Terrible experience! Do not rent this property!”
