“All and all, I love Isle of Palms and the resort golf course - Harbor - was truly breathtaking. The community has been a favorite of mine for the longest time. The house we stayed in seemed falsely advertised. They took pictures of the grill and golf cart almost as if they were advertising we could use them. (More so use the grill than anything). Come to find that we couldn’t use the grill at all to resort rules. The garage doors didn’t work for us to use, especially with hurricane weather coming our way. The house was wonderful and pretty for the most part. But I would look somewhere else next time for my return.”

“House was super cute and convenient to everything. It was great to have access to all the amenities too - swimming pools, tennis, pickle ball, restaurants, fitness. We would definitely rent this house again!”

“The house was very nice and well equipped. The resort was a little confusing at first. There is no self park at the main resort, you must valet park. The house is pretty far from the main resort so driving back and forth is necessary if you wish to use the resort amenities.”

“Wonderful setting. Loved the ocean front screened porch The freezer consisted of 2 drawers. Neither of the drawers fitted. When you tried to open them they fell out. This needs to be fixed.”

“The condo was very nice but I specifically chose this unit because it stated that the 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds and the beds were twin beds. Not a complete deal breaker but with adult children traveling with us I would have chosen a different unit had it been described correctly.”

“The smell in the kitchen was so bad we couldn’t spend time eating in or staying inside to play games at night as a family. It was such an awful smell. I texted for service and they never fixed the problem or offered a solution until day before leaving offered to spend night at a different place which would if taken more of our time. We are very dissatisfied with the money we paid and had to deal with that awful smell”

“This was a bait and switch- the villa I saw and rented for my family online was beautiful and we looked forward to it for months but suddenly “unavailable” after they made us wait past check in time on the day of arrival. The front desk of the resort “couldn’t help us” so they gave us a phone number for the villas and the woman was extremely rude and downgraded us to a disgusting dingy apartment and would not respond after giving us the entry code. Terrible experience! Do not rent this property!”
