“The condo was beautiful and clean. We had a couple of issues and they were handled quickly. The only issue we had was having to go to the office to get the info for check in. The office was 20 min further away from our travel route which made the 40 min round trip trying We had an extremely late night check in and this made it so much worse just to get the codes”

“We were not fond of all the codes to go up the elevator, gate for the beach, and door. Too many to remember, had to have phone at all times. Other than that, it was great!! We will stay again if price is right!!”

“Gorgeous and spacious condo with incredible windows and views. Loved the fishing dock. We rented kayaks and paddle boards for Little Lagoon and had perfect conditions to enjoy sunsets and fishing. Very easy walk through the parking lot to the beach. I loved staying on the West end away from the high rise resorts. Much less crowded than the beaches we saw while parasailing on the east end of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Pros: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful views of both lagoon and beach, convenient to beach, surrounded by homes Cons:we planned to arrive at the condo by 4 after picking up groceries only to be told we had to drive 20 minutes to get paperwork and check in. We were also unaware that we were not provided enough supplies to get us through 2 days, much less a week. We were given 1 roll per bathroom, one trash bag, one dish packet, one paper towel roll. Thats fine, though I wish it was communicated ahead of time so we could have brought supplies from home.”

“this was a very nice condo with lots of room. the down side was having to buy EVERYTHING.. no extra toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper... no blankets or pillows for the pull out couch or the trundle beds. for what we paid I'd expected to at least have enough blankets”

“Amazing location. However the primary shower was moldy, the floors needed to be sweep/mopped. The condo is dated which typically would be fine for us as we spend most of our time outside, but when paying a premium for a beach condo this place certainly falls short. We had a great time but the price point of this rental far exceeds the value.”

“It was a nice, more secluded part of the Rookery. We have stayed in several of the houses before and this one was a favorite out of them due to the more secluded location(at the end of a cul de sac) and proximity to the pool. The bugs are atrocious at times but that’s expected. But remember bug spray/bracelets and don’t come unprepared. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous and well maintained. There were a couple of small inconveniences, such as the pillows weren’t very comfortable, lack of knives or salt and pepper or any spices of any sort, and the most minimal amenities/household items(no garbage bags, one roll of toilet paper with no replacement, one dish washer tab, etc) that made for an extensive list of things I wish I had brought but a couple hundred dollars later we had to do a pick up order for that night and it was fine.)”
