“Everything excellent”

“Had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described, and well-appointed. Be sure to ask questions before booking regarding the extra cost/fees for use of the BBQ, and pool heating - which is necessary if you want to use the hot tub. When you get your price quote for the reservation of the house, these are not included.”

“Check is says 4 but we couldn’t check in til 5 because they was still cleaning. Couple showers have nowhere to place soap os shampoo, had to put them in the shower floor. You have to pay to get in the resort pool”

“We will definitely stay at this location again. Located 15 mins to Disney and 30 mins to universal. Provided plenty of space for everyone and allowed everyone to have the exact privacy they needed. We had only a few minor issues but that is to be expected with any place you stay. The only downside is the pictures made the pool look bigger than it was and the refrigerator was on the smaller side and if you have that house full it would make things a very tight fit trying to hold food for 14 people.”

“Our stay was great with the exception of 2 of T.Vs didn't work in 2 of the bedrooms. I had to continuously reach out to them about it. So 2 of my guest were without T.Vs for our entire 6 day stay. Everything else was good and I would most definitely book with them again.”

“No pool heater reported same twice and repair crew found gas leak. I was informed that it would be repaired the next day. It took two days. We were furnished a place to shower over an hours drive to get to account of traffic. Because of this we didn’t get to return to Magic Kingdom to see parade and fireworks trash dumpsters were full whenever we arrived, and after trash was picked up a mess was left on yard”
