“I would have given a 5 star review. There was a lot of dust on all the furniture which I felt should have been cleaned. The hotel took a bit of getting used to as you had to take multiple elevators to get to different areas of the hotel. Once we figured it out it was fine. We loved the room enjoyed the private jacuzzi and also the steam shower. Would stay there again.”

“Had an absolute fabulous time per usual . This is our fourth time to Westgate and it's a wonderful place for kiddos . The amenities and the pool are perfect . Joseph was very responsive even when we had an issue it was resolved immediately. We will be back !!”

“The unit is exactly as described. We would stay at Joesph’s unit again. We had a minor issue with the resort, but that was not the host’s issue. Our issue was with the spa overcharging. The host has zero control over that. As stated, it’s worth it and we’d stay again at Joseph’s place. My first time at WestGate here.”

“Overall, we had a great time and it was a fun place to stay for a quick getaway. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi and steam shower in the room. Having access to the pools, gym, and other amenities also helped make the visit feel more special and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with a decent amount of supplies, and essentials like soap and dishwasher pods were well stocked as well. The only small issue we ran into was not hearing back regarding a late checkout request after reaching out the day before as instructed. It wasn’t a big deal, but a response either way would have been appreciated.”

“Joseph’s place was great! We had an easy and smooth check in and loved all the amenities at the resort. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay.”

“Beautiful view of sunrises and Cabriolet gondola. If place was clean, we would have loved it. If you are not concerned about cleanliness you will be fine. I felt underlying anxiety the whole stay which was unfortunate”
