“We loved staying at this home with our 2 dogs! Even though King St. is a fairly busy, and sometimes loud road, this was set back enough that we didn't hear a thing. We slept really well there, the dogs were never anxious or alarmed, and there were great places to walk. The location is so convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Also, not far away was an EV charging location (CVS). We enjoyed staying here so much we booked again for a few months later. Thank you Denise for such a sweet place to stay and feel like home!”

“I came to Boone for a cycling event. The property’s location allowed me to ride directly to the start of the event. It was just far enough off of the busy part of King street to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk if you wanted to. It was a great space that worked out perfectly for us”

“Denise’s place was exactly what we needed while moving our daughter out of her apartment on Rivers Street. We needed a place that was close to campus, with plenty of parking, and all on one level for unpacking and repacking all that our student had accumulated over the past three years while living in Boone. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and also walk our little dog in the nearby neighborhood. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen seemed like it had what is needed to prepare a meal, although we did not do any of that as we opted to take advantage of the local eateries for some tasty meals and baked goods. Denise responded promptly to my questions and texted with any important info as needed. Thanks so very much!”
