“This had to be the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location was spectacular. The killer views all day long. Dinner on the patio at night with the sunsets were just amazing. The perfect place for 3 couples. Top end everything in this place. If I ever came back, this is where we’d stay. Pickleball and tennis, quiet pool and surfers!!”

“Positives: Large wrap around deck with beautiful views, two bathrooms, friendly, responsive to text messages. Negatives: The negative aspects could be fixed with a minimal amount of work and would then make this a 5 star property. Stained towels, limited glassware, rusty knives, mismatched bulbs in the ceiling fan, the patio table was rusted (not the same table as the photo), the light in the entryway was not working, there were no flashlights or lanterns during the power outage.”

“The house was beautiful, comfortable and on the beach. Only issue was the wrong codes given for the main gate and pool accessess. Also no power for 3 days due to brush fire and tropical windstorm but that wasn't your fault. The house is updated, each bedroom had a private bathroom, and the view is perfect. Would 100% recommend.”

“This is a solid property in a beautiful location. The floor plan was very good for us (5 people with one who has mobility issues and used the ground floor bed/bath). We very much appreciated the air conditioning and were sorry when the power went out in the storm for two days because it was so hot without it! The very best thing about this property for us was the ocean front pool. It was just gorgeous. You could watch the surfers and sunsets from the deck.”

“Great oceanfront location with comfortable furnishings, beds, multiple TVs. It was excellent quality. The loss of power for a couple days was reminder to bring extras for such an occasion. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves close to the building, and watching surfers from the back porch. Beautiful sunsets! Kids loved the pools as an option to swimming in waves.”

“This home was in a perfect location for amenities although the ocean is not very calm and unsafe for swimming. Great sunsets and beautiful stars at night. House was very comfortable and clean. There was no shower gel in any of the showers which was disappointing and not enough paper towels and laundry supplies for our 6 night stay. They provided access for one car to park but given the size of this house we would have expected two cars would be covered. This house was beautiful inside and very modern but not worth the price we paid.”

“The location of the unit being directly on the ocean could not have been better but….. The unit itself is in need of updating and general maintenance. The kitchen sink leaks onto the floor, some lights do not work and some appliances including the washer, dryer and toaster need replacing. The management company was very slow to address any issues and lacked communication internally with Airbnb causing some unnecessary frustration and anxiety. The condo community is an ideal vacation spot, I would avoid this unit and management company in the future.”

“PROS: Puamana is a fantastic, private property with great condos. The unit features top-notch kitchen appliances, excellent showers/bathrooms, and convenient front-door parking. The oceanfront infinity pool is absolutely awesome. ​CONS: Unfortunately, the property management and customer service fell short. Some of the automated window blinds were broken and never fixed during our stay. We also dealt with a tiny ant infestation in the kitchen and bathroom; despite contacting the manager, they never replied or stopped by to address it. Additionally, the nearby beach wasn't ideal—the sand is gray, the ocean floor is muddy/unclear, and there are many unsafe logs floating in the waves and sitting on the shore (one actually hit me in the leg).”

“Beautiful spot and the views from the apartment are stunning. The apartment is as described and a little dated. We had a fabulous time as the location is so good and the balcony provides such lovely views. We were disappointed with our stay for a few reasons - the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and although they were apologetic no one could come that day to clean. The shower curtain had mould and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were displaced. It felt like the place wasn’t well taken care of - stained bedspread, door to the balcony doesn’t seal properly (wind howls through it) and spikes on the garden bed (to deter birds) that needed fixing.”
