“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great fit for a small group or a family with young children. Having the pool so close was especially convenient, and the beach was just a short walk away. One of our favorite things was how private and peaceful the area felt. It was nice to have a quiet place to come back to while still being close to the essentials. Just a short drive away, there are a few grocery stores, small shops, and plenty of local food options, which made everything very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property, especially for families with kids. It’s somewhere we’d happily return to when we’re back in the area!”

“Right on the beach, location is great. The condo complex is largely untouched by the fires, though there were a few buildings on the opposite end that were affected. This unit is on the south end, so in an extra quiet section. The closest pool is about a 5min walk, not far. We saw sea turtles every day from the back patio.”

“The location of the unit being directly on the ocean could not have been better but….. The unit itself is in need of updating and general maintenance. The kitchen sink leaks onto the floor, some lights do not work and some appliances including the washer, dryer and toaster need replacing. The management company was very slow to address any issues and lacked communication internally with Airbnb causing some unnecessary frustration and anxiety. The condo community is an ideal vacation spot, I would avoid this unit and management company in the future.”

“Amazing property in a great location. The seaside pool is a big plus! House had everything we needed for beach visits too! We didn’t know to expect that and had paid for rental equipment, but found chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, pool noodles, tennis rackets, and more all at the home! Great spot for evening meals on the lanai. Easy access to local beaches and restaurants. The location was perfect for a two family vacation. Thank you for a great stay!!!!”

“This place was beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed and more. There was tons of beach towels and a cooler to take for outings, great big kitchen with anything you needed to assist in cooking. The rooms have a great layout and the view can’t be beat. We wish we didn’t have to leave.”

“Great place and location”

“A beautiful, quiet place to stay. The beach isn’t much with higher tide levels but it is great for walking most the time and super for surfing. The pools are nice and plenty of seating. We were able to visit and enjoy the nearby communities and beaches. It is an easy two hour drive to the top of Haleakala for sunrise or sunset. We was many a beautiful sunset right from the resort. I would recommend staying here for the quiet neighborhood and great views!!”

“PROS: Puamana is a fantastic, private property with great condos. The unit features top-notch kitchen appliances, excellent showers/bathrooms, and convenient front-door parking. The oceanfront infinity pool is absolutely awesome. ​CONS: Unfortunately, the property management and customer service fell short. Some of the automated window blinds were broken and never fixed during our stay. We also dealt with a tiny ant infestation in the kitchen and bathroom; despite contacting the manager, they never replied or stopped by to address it. Additionally, the nearby beach wasn't ideal—the sand is gray, the ocean floor is muddy/unclear, and there are many unsafe logs floating in the waves and sitting on the shore (one actually hit me in the leg).”

“Beautiful spot and the views from the apartment are stunning. The apartment is as described and a little dated. We had a fabulous time as the location is so good and the balcony provides such lovely views. We were disappointed with our stay for a few reasons - the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and although they were apologetic no one could come that day to clean. The shower curtain had mould and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were displaced. It felt like the place wasn’t well taken care of - stained bedspread, door to the balcony doesn’t seal properly (wind howls through it) and spikes on the garden bed (to deter birds) that needed fixing.”
