“Great older house with modern upgrades. Plenty of useful things at the house. Very well stocked kitchen, private fenced yard, very easy walk to downtown and the beach. Easy to get in and checkout process was reasonable.”

“Our family enjoyed the peaceful property. The views outside the kitchen and living room windows were beautiful. The kids loved the bunk beds and the games provided. Everything was just as described in the listing. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had what we needed to grill and cook if we didn’t want to go out. The backyard was a great place to eat and relax. I was happy it was fenced in for the sake of having littles. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions!”

“The location of this house is everything. Easy walk to the beach and downtown area. Short drive to the state park. The house had everything you would need to be comfortable. We had 3 adults and a 6 year old child and we were comfortable. The ac unit is in the front and doesn’t hit the bedrooms much but they have fans in both rooms. There is no closet space in the rooms but they have hooks to hang stuff and a dresser in the main bedroom. The owners made great use of the space that they have. Bathroom is a nice size, good water pressure and little cubbies for storage of all your toiletries. The place is exactly as described and pictured. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were also nice.”

“The cabin was so nice and homey and fit our family of 11 perfect! Great location, nice and private but not far from Luddington or Pentwater. Love how quiet and peaceful the lake is. The Hosts responses were quick and thorough. Would definitely stay again!”

“I booked the Pond House for my son and his wife on their wedding night and a couple days following. We were able to view before booking and Nichole honored our request for an early check in. Wildlife was abundant and the place was perfect for a short get away. The happy couple witnessed many deer including a doe with twin fawns and even a bald eagle swooping down and catching a fish. Highly recommend!”
