“Great host , great home”

“We were a family of four who stayed for four nights July 2026. Location was excellent. We were right across from the beach club and the beach itself. A short, two minute car ride to both golf courses on the island. The property had all the essentials that we required for the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Our host Merissa was incredibly responsive, answered a multitude of questions in a very timely manner. We did have an issue with plumbing in one of the bathrooms that took over a day to resolve, but it was not for lack of trying on Merissa’s part. The first individual couldn’t fix the issue but the second person she called in the following day was able to. I was a little surprised that the bathroom issue wasn’t detected before we checked in but luckily the other bathroom was fine.”

“The view is beautiful! The kitchen is perfect for cooking and still being able to hang out with everyone. We enjoyed watching the nature, deer, birds, and even a storm roll in our last night. We have stayed a lot of different places on Fripp and loved this house.”

“Place was as described. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies which helped during our stay. It was also nice to have washer and dryer. Golf cart was included with stay but was not there when we arrived as it was supposed to be. We had to track it down ourselves. FYI, you will pay mandatory additional resort fees after booking so be prepared for that extra cost not included in booking. On top of that, you will also have to pay extra for resort amenities if you want them per person. We did enjoy our stay here. Just wished we'd known about extra fees beforehand.”
