“This is the worst Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Check in was a disaster. The front desk didn't have the access code and called Ken several times. He never answered. He also ignored every message I sent through Airbnb. The staff member at the front desk, who was very polite, ended up calling the homeowner, who said she didn't even know the code. I waited over an hour just to get inside the house. The sofa had a broken backrest. My daughter leaned on it and fell. I messaged Ken, he apologized and said he would send someone to look at it after we left, so we were stuck with a broken sofa for the entire stay. There were cockroaches in the house. The bathtub was clogged. The cutlery was dirty and the drawers were filthy. Nothing about this place meets the standard of an Airbnb listing. Avoid it.”

“We stayed at this property for a last-minute long weekend trip. At first glance, the home seemed nice, and being in a gated community made us feel safe. Guests should be aware that resort fees were charged upon arrival and were only disclosed after booking through an additional contract. The home had several maintenance issues, including a cracked microwave, holes in the walls, and overall did not feel particularly well maintained. The biggest concern was pest activity. The kitchen had a significant ant problem, and we also encountered other bugs during our stay. The first-floor guest bathroom also had ants around the sink, toilet, and floors. Additionally, the bath mats in the first-floor bathroom were extremely slippery and posed a safety concern. Despite these issues, the home served its purpose, the kitchen was well equipped, and the community amenities were great. However, I would choose a different unit for a future stay.”

“I wasn't thinking give a review the positive the house is comfortable.The pool was wonderful jacuzzi Was wonderful but negative i had a full day cleaning the housekeeping. 's horrible flies live And dead everywhere. I saw sheets with chocolate stains. They probably didn't washed the sheets in front of the house the concrete was black need pressure washer. And web spiders everywhere but the rest was all good.”

“thanks for sharing this home! would have liked more privacy. and it was creepy that someone moved the garbage can to the curb instead of asking me to do so. and the pool people just barged in. and the sliding doors were not maintained well, difficult to move and screaming instead of smoothly moving. but with all that said, the amenities were in place. and expensive, but no problems enjoying them.”

“Paid $120 extra for heated pool and it wasn’t turned on until the morning of check out. Host does not reply and is very unhelpful. I’m not one to ever leave a bad review but we came to this house specifically for a heated pool and spa and couldn’t even get a response out of the host. Pool also had hair and trash in it.”

“Besides the hot tub, not working the whole time I was there which I’m looking for my refund. Everything else was perfect.”
