“The condo/apartment was very close to the beach, short walk and we were able to walk to a few restaurants couple of blocks away. The space was small even for 4 people but it was doable as we didn’t plan on being in the place the whole time. The walls are very thin so in the middle of the night we heard all the sounds coming from outside. In the morning we heard the neighbors footsteps, people/kids talking, dog barking, loud music, and other nuisance. My mom who wears a hearing aide took her hearing aide off and was still able to hear the loud sounds coming from outside or next door. Needless to say, none of us were able to get a goodnight sleep during our stay. The bunk beds made noises even if I exhaled. At night I tried not to move my body or turn because it squeaked so much. The stove- don’t try to cook anything because it will burn even on the lowest settings. We ate out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner after the first night mishaps. Overall, I appreciate the beach closeness.”

“Nice little place. It was clean and had climate controls plus TV in each room. Great location with beach access. The furniture was quite small so it was difficult for larger individuals but I will stay again. Perfect for couples with kids who like their individual space.”

“The pathway to room was good but when you enter the building, the stairs were dirty and it had strong odor. The bedsheets, linen, pillows were dusty. The apartment itself had strong food odor, we end up cutting our visit short.”

“The location was great. Air conditioning was good. That's about it. The place was dirty. Pet hair everywhere, mattresses, counter tops dirty, dirty trash cans. Could not open any of the windows. Refrigerator dirty. Just needs a good deep clean and some alcohol.”

“It was smaller than expected. There was no dining table. It really didn’t seem like anyone had swept at all. The couch was really really hard and would not recommend sleeping on. Sheets all had stains on them. Parking was just a pain. Other than that it’s in a great area, right next to the beach. Stuff to do with kids really close, and nice places to eat as well. It was also pretty quiet which was nice. We all still had a great time and enjoyed the stay. I would still recommend finding something nicer for the price that’s being payed.”

“Not worth the money: 1. Could be more transparent about bathroom on 1st floor while rest of kitchenette and bedrooms on 2nd which is not ideal and was not disclosed on the listing. 2. ALL bedrooms and couch were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The main bedroom had a massive divot in the bed, the bunk beds were so stiff and could feel the springs, and the couch was the hardest thing I’ve ever sat on. Felt like sitting on metal rods. 3. I love animals.. but the pet hair ALL over the couch and the beds were kinda nasty. 4. Lots of ants in the kitchenette with ant traps 5. The thermostat would automatically increase to 75° overnight in the middle of summer… Pros: 1. Great location that is walkable to the beach 2. Plenty of access to the unit (3 doors). It’s a shared building with 4 other units on the property and plenty of free parking 3. Nice flat screen smart TV’s in every room (3) 4. Extra towels and beach chairs available”

“My family and I ended up not staying because I was having an anaphylactic shock reach out to the host. He said he would have someone to come clean it the next business day, which was not good enough for me so we had to wind up checking into a hotel paying $4000 for a vacation from July 1 to the fifth now the hose refuses to give me any part of my money back and no one seems secure of that I have a serious health issue. They prefer to see my medical records.”

“The property was very clean and in a good area. The only issues I had was the grill. The host states the grill is gas on the listing but it is not, it’s electric. There was a company doing work under the property and that made the power go out continuously until they stopped working. This took about 2 hours.”

“The only reason I had a good time on this trip was because of friends to joke about how bad everything was. We could not get into the unit for around an hour after our check in time. Even once we did get in we weren't able to go out for another 3 hours because we wouldn't be able to get back in. After finally going out and coming back, the hot water didn't work so we had too use cold water our first night. The bunk beds were wobbling so much my friend was scared to climb up. I traded with him but after a late night bathroom trip it made so much noise I was worried I would wake someone so I slept on the couch. The stove will burn anything on it even if it's on low meaning my breakfast was not great that first day. I would look for a better priced place even though the location is great I am not coming back here next time.”
