“This chalet was perfect for our yearly family gathering. There is plenty of room to spread out, yet enough space to gather together! The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. Rosanne and Doug were so nice, and left all the information you would need. It feels like you’re completely alone, yet whatever you need is close enough. The fire pit was the biggest hit…. It’s all lit up at night and just so relaxing. We hope to return!! Highly recommend!”

“We loved this place so much the first time that when we decided to return to Maine, there was no question where we would be staying. We were soooo excited to return and we were NOT disappointed! The pristine, spacious, comfortable, gorgeous house, the perfectly situated location, the incredible mountain views, the stunning starry night skies, the breathtaking sunrises and awe inspiring sunsets - everything was just as we remembered and more! And the hosts were just as lovely, accommodating and attentive. Out of all the airbnb houses my family and I have stayed in - this house is definitely our favorite! The pictures are lovely but pale in comparison to the actual experience. But maybe I shouldn’t be too enthusiastic, I think we want to keep this house to ourselves! 🥰 Thank you so much Rosanne & Doug for a wonderful stay!!!”

“We loved our stay here. Loved that we each had our own bed for our group of six women. The four bathrooms were a BIG plus too. The location was a perfect central spot to easily access Mount Desert Island, Acadia National Park, and Bar Harbor. Rosanne was also very quick to respond when we had a special need during our stay here.”

“We had a great stay! The home is very clean and located a very short walk to the beach! We had a toddler with us and it was very kid friendly and provided a high chair, kid dishes, and even toys for the beach! There were beach chairs, mats, boards, and floaties to use which made our time even more fun! The pool was very clean and the location was peaceful and felt very safe. There was a lot of space in the rooms and almost every room has a TV with entertainment. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. Check-in and checkout was also very smooth. We had a slight issue with the garbage disposal and Rosanne sent someone over right away to get it fixed. Great communication from the hosts! Overall we really did enjoy our stay!”

“Everything was wonderful except the refrigerator was not working but Roseanne did get us a replacement as soon as she could. If I could make a suggestion it would be nice if all things are in working order before your clients enter the home.”
