“This location and house is just so beautiful, everyone was just awed by how amazing it was. The road up to the house is paved but very curvy so we chose to change some plans so that we were driving this road during the daytime, but even my son who drives a camry had no problems getting to the house.”

“Our group of adults and two dogs greatly enjoyed our five night stay! We had no issues driving up the road, including members of our party who had a Toyota Camry (they drove up it 4x throughout the stay). The view from the back deck was truly exceptional, pictures do not do it justice. The sunsets could not be better! We would happily come back for the view alone, but the rest of the home is exceptional as well! Bedrooms were all great, bathrooms were pristine, kitchen and grill were both great for a dozen meals during our stay, and more. Highly recommend, and hope to come back in the future!”

“The place was great for a weekend away like we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most. The outdoor bed was so relaxing. Had some issues with the AC not working when we arrived but the way the house opens up it was fairly easy to keep it cool and get fresh air flowing through. The Host was very responsive to us and tried to kept us comfortable the entire stay. Very convenient location. We would definitely return.”

“The cabin had an amazing view. Inside, everything was super clean and tidy. The cabin itself was cozy and so relaxing for a weekend couples trip. Kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms and linens were cozy and super clean. Overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone. “Place is as described in the listing. Despite other reviews, AWD is not required to get to the home. We drove our Tesla and had absolutely no issues. Views are amazing, and the trees others mentioned obscuring views must have been cut down because we had great views from all levels, includi g the hot tub. Great location. 5 minute drive to food store and 10 minute drive to downtown Bryson City and NOC for white water rafting and other activities. Only surprise for us was there was no TV in the living area. Also as others have mentioned, you will need to bring kitchen essentials (oil, sugar, salt & pepper etc). There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Again, great location and amazing views. Hot tub worked perfectly. If you want amazing views and a peaceful environment, yet close to everything, this is a great place!”
