“Beautiful home! We really enjoyed the views and spent a lot of time hanging out on the porch and in the yard. Our dog and kid both loved exploring the property. This is a great place to spend a week relaxing, with enough nearby activities to do some venturing out as well. Highly recommend!”

It was the perfect setting for our weekend getaway. Even though the weather was rainy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As an added bonus, the local gym and pool are just a few minutes away by car, which gave us great indoor options when spending time outside wasn't ideal. We would happily stay here again.”

“Very cozy little cabin in a good spot in the Catskills. Basically down the street (rt 28) from anything you’d need or want to get to. We took a long weekend here to just escape and relax and it was perfect. Property is easy to find and feels very private. Check in is super easy and the hosts are quick to respond to any questions.”

“We had a great stay in the Brookside Cottage with our toddler. The space was very cozy and had plenty of space for two adults and a child. The house was very well equipped and even had some helpful extras, including a high chair. The house is perfectly located in terms of proximity to Margaretville while also being private - it was so nice not to always have to get in the car, and we loved strolling down to pick up coffee and other essentials! Finally, Kimberlie was super response when we had a question, which we really appreciated. Thank you!”

“I absolutely loved this stay - the creek behind the house was the highlight it was so nice to sit on the rocks in the morning and during the day. The Main Street is walkable from the house which was nice as well! The house was super clean and organized and had so many games and a book of local recommendations for restaurants and things to do! Overall 10/10 stay - made my birthday weekend very special <3”
