“Beauty home in the heart of Montecito and walking distance to their “main street.” And 10 min drive to Buttery Beach. Large back yard for kids to play and an attached playroom that actually sleeps six via bunk beds with a slide out 5th and 6th bed. Another amenity was a Tesla Level 2 Universal charger for both NACS and CHAdeMO-type plugs in the garage! We had a Kia EV9 and a Tesla Model X that both were able to charge.”

The house is tastefully decorated with a beautiful interior, comfortable furnishings, and well-designed indoor and outdoor living spaces. We especially enjoyed the pool, spa, and relaxing outdoor seating areas”
