“Unfortunately, renting this property has been a very bad experience. From the very first minute, everything went wrong. When we arrived, we still did not have the access code, and the pool was dirty. Once we entered the house, we found around 20 dead cockroaches in different areas of the property. The beds are in poor condition. They only provided a small amount of propane gas, which was not enough, and they did not refill it even though they knew we needed it. The drainage in the bathrooms is also very poor. When you take a shower, the water takes a long time to drain. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and the property does not meet the standards we expected.”

“I try to leave fair reviews, but this stay fell below standard expectations. Communication, cleanliness, and issue resolution all need improvement Would not stay here again. Host was unhelpful and communication was poor”

“This property in a great location walking to the beach, but everything else is a bit misleading. The pool is not as big as it looks, the sitting area is separate from the dining area, which leave a gap if eveyone is spending time together. One of the light bulb was not working, the toilet and sink was clogged in one of the bedrooms, the closet was full of stuff. There wasn't much space to hang clothes. But biggest problem was when it rains the living room and bedroom near the back of the house floods up to 5 inches of water. There was no help from the host with clean up or compensation for my disruption of my trip and damages. The host is aware of the flooding problem because you can see the water damage in the furniture, but the property is still being renting to customers. This is very stressful for guest who are expecting a worry free vacation. This property should not be on the market untill the flooding and other issues are taken care of or it will also ruin your trip as well.”

“Location was good. The pool was really nice. Communication was slow. Downside was I accidentally left a necklace at the house . I immediately contacted the host. They were very slow to contact cleaning company. I had to contact them again the next day and of course my necklace was not found. That was disappointing. Overall the house was fine I just wish the communication could’ve been better.”

“A very nice location, views of ICW and the beach two blocks away. The apartment was clean and functional, no problems there. A negative is that the reservation process is driven by the rental agency's lawyers, I liked neither the requirement to submit ID scans online, nor the "we will text you the code at 4:00 exactly" part.”
