“Place was beautiful the kids loved the space and the upstairs patio. Only 1 car fits in the driveway or 2 cars if parked sideways and can’t park in the garage but there is street parking in front of the home. Overall a nice quiet space with a real nice view and plenty of toiletries to use”airbnb

“Great spot on the lake. WiFi was extremely slow and hard to connect to. Ants were present in kitchen.”airbnb

“This place was great for our company retreat. There are lots of activities and the pool was great. The game room was a big hit and we had a fun time. This is a secluded location and lots of privacy which was pleasant.”airbnb

“Our family drove four hours looking forward to this stay, but from the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not ready for guests. We were greeted by overflowing, foul-smelling trash cans in the driveway. Inside, we found toenail clippings on the floor, a non-functioning toilet, dirty towels, a pool that needed servicing, and a grill that had not been cleaned. This was not a situation where a quick fix would solve the problem. The property simply was not ready for check-in. After making the drive with my entire family, there was no way I was willing to have them stay in those conditions. We had to leave and incur the additional expense of finding another place to stay, thankfully securing a same-day rental. The most disappointing part was Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals’ response. There was no plan to address the issues and no refund was offered. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property or this host.”airbnb

“As stated in an email to Walker Lux, The overall house was okay. The fan control didn’t work in all the rooms. We were only provided 2 wash clothes for a 4 bedroom home. The a/c needs rebalancing because it was cold in the main area yet the bedrooms other than the master were warm at night. The pool had missing tiles and was dirty upon arrival and had to call Walker to tell them. Also the hot tub area didn’t work. The location was great but the outside of the home could be cleaner with the cobwebs and such even though it was in the country.”airbnb

“We had a great time staying at this house. It was very comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location. The rental agreement outside Air BnB was a little frustrating as an additional step. The language on liability for damages in that agreement also scared me into documenting every little mark on the wall and cracked drinking glass in the kitchen so I was a little extra apprehensive while staying there. It wasn’t bad but is something to keep in mind. I would happily stay here again.”airbnb

“The house itself was nice. The location is a little farther from downtown than I expected, so keep that in mind if you want to be close to the action. My biggest issue, though, was the water. The house uses WELL WATER, and the smell was pretty bad. That was never communicated to me beforehand, and honestly I felt it was a little misleading. If I had known, I wouldn’t have booked it. That said, if you don’t mind the well water smell and are okay with being a bit of a drive from downtown, you’ll probably enjoy staying here.”airbnb
