The instructions and communication from the hosts was so proactive, helpful, and extremely accommodating. We wouldn’t consider saying anywhere else when we make a trip back to Madison.”

“Julia was an incredible host - very responsive to questions, accommodated an early check in, and was thoughtful throughout the stay. I stayed here alone for 4 nights and found it extremely comfortable, spacious, and felt safe. The black out curtains and window AC unit made sleeping very comfortable. There is city noise but expected and not drastic. I cooked a couple dinners in the evening and the kitchen had everything I needed - and did laundry in the building. It is in an incredible location - so many wonderful restaurants within a short walk. I would love to stay here again.”

“Julia and her team were excellent! She was extremely responsive and kind during our entire stay. There was even a few hours of internet outage, during which Julia was extremely proactive. The outage was resolved quite quickly, but Julia and her team were kind enough to refund us a portion of the money we paid as well as give us a gift card to a local coffee shop. It was so thoughtful and extremely kind for truly a very minor inconvenience with the internet. The location was optimal for walking to many places downtown. In the location description, they were also very honest about some of the outside noise you can hear from the place, which is out of the control of the host. It did not affect us much at all. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to work with Julia and her team again in the future!”

“Forget the big hotels and find comfort and class in these lovely E Wilson St suite/ apartments. Perfectly appointed, supremely comfortable and truly tasteful. Not a stitch is missed. The beds and pillows are comfy. The bathrooms roomy (best tub ever). The kitchen has all you need. Not to mention cushy sofa. Well made furniture. Plus great communication at each opportunity. “Despite the initial issue with the lock code not working everything was great, and even when there was trouble with the lock it was quick to be fixed despite the late night check in (we got there at 12 at night ) so it was a overall great experience.”
