“We had the BEST time! ❤️ We came up to the mountains for a family trip to Dollywood, and this place made our getaway even more special! We always struggle to find a place that accommodates our big family, so finding this place was such a blessing! My brother is handicapped, and getting him in and around the property was easy, which meant so much to us. ❤️ The owner was so friendly and responsive! Any questions we had were answered quickly, making our stay even better! Our whole family had a blast! The pool table was a big hit, and the littles absolutely loved the loft! 🥰 It was the perfect place to spend time together and make memories. We had a wonderful stay and will DEFINITELY be back! We highly recommend this place to any big family!”

“This Stay has been one for the books. Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Alex was extremely attentive and helpful. I would recommend bringing a vehicle with 4x4 as inclines are steep. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex’s house! Not only did the host communicate effectively and answer any questions we had but the house itself is gorgeous and very spacious!! It is exactly as pictured. It has not one but two hot tubs and an indoor pool with waterfall & grotto. It is very close to downtown Sievereville/target/water park/Dollywood. The community felt very safe and clean. There is some construction happening nearby in the community, but we had no issues with that! The home was also very clean!!”

“We have stayed in a lot of rentals over the years and this one was one of our favorites. The place is SUPER clean and well maintained, the layout was great and it looks exactly like the photos. Alex was super responsive to any questions we had and was flexible with our checkout time. The whole process for both check-in and check-out was super easy. The location is amazing, very private but only about 15-20 mins from anything you would want to do. The only thing maybe worth noting is the trek up to the house is bit “sprinted”, but you are in the mountains so it has to be expected. However if you are a nervous driver who can’t handle curvy steep roads this might not be the right location for you but my husband loved the drive and we got used to it after a few times up the mountain.”

The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Great place to stay for a women’s conference. Lots of king beds, 3 1/2 bathrooms, fresh sheets, fresh towels, spacious well stocked kitchen. The game room was a great bonus and fun was had. Location was so convenient! Alex was an excellent host! He definitely pays attention to details with included amenities - soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, coffee pods and creamers. Look forward to staying again!!”
