“The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked. It has four levels, which are stunning but not ideal for families with toddlers due to the numerous stairs. Parking is limited, as noted in another review. We had three cars: one in the garage, one in the driveway, and the third parked in a spot with a tow sign. The hosts assured us it was fine and advised us to leave a note on the dashboard. The rooftop hot tub is a nice feature, though it can only comfortably fit four people. Considering the price, I’m unsure if I would rebook. The listing is managed by a company, yet the checkout instructions are quite detailed. With a 10 AM checkout, it’s quite a task to strip every bed and pillow and leave on time. At this price point, I would have preferred not to handle the bedding at check out.”

“We have stayed at this unit many times. It’s always clean and has everything we need and more to enjoy our time in Brian Head. We don’t even mind the flights of stairs to access the unit or not having any blinds in the living room. We Łøvē the floor to ceiling windows that allow Ÿøū to view the beautiful night sky❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Cute place with potential that ultimately fell short. The location is directly adjacent to I-80 but with nice windows and doors the sound was minimal. There was water damage in the master bathroom and the smart faucet in the kitchen was difficult to use. The nonstick kitchen ware was very damaged and felt gross to use. There were multiple dead birds in the fireplace and the dumpster was completely full of yard waste, it felt like it was not clean thoroughly before we arrived.”

“Although this is a beautiful location, please keep in mind that there is no cell service or WiFi at this property; so if you have an issue, you will not be able to reach the host. Also, the address on the property and the address on Airbnb are different. Ensure that you communicate this with the host and get an accurate address before arrival. Screenshot the check-in procedures beforehand, you will not have cell service onsite. This property has enough space for one person - fitting two people wold be challenging.”

“We had issues with this property upon arrival. The code for the door wouldn't work, and Vistay didn't know the correct code. The property was filthy! There were food crumbs on the counters, trim pulling away from the bottom of the cabinet, so dirt and debris was piling up behind the trim, There was what looked like black mold on the back bottom (outside) of the shower. The bedding smelled like it hadn't been washed for over a month. The host (Vistay) for this property shouldn't be charging more than $150 a night. These kind of conditions work for some people, but most will be very disappointed with their stay here. We ended our vacation a day early because of the black mold, or whatever it was. I don't know what else it could be. I spoke to the host (Vistay) about these issues, and they weren't interest in giving any kind of a refund. Always take pictures of the issues that you have with these properties. Without those, the host doesn't have to do the right thing.”
