“We loved our stay in Breckenridge. The house was super comfortable. We're a family of seven and we used the kitchen a lot. It has everything you could need. And the playroom was great too. It's a shame we didn't have time to use the jacuzzi. Next time! The staff was very attentive and responded immediately. Highly recommended!”

“Great stay! The location was perfect—walkable to Main Street and the gondola, yet still quiet and peaceful. The home was exactly as described, with plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub with views of Peak 8 was a highlight! Just note there are three levels from the garage entrance. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Couch had slipping cushions. Very annoying. Heat was only through fireplace. There was a thermostat, but it didn’t do anything. Several items were repaired while in residence, but were fine once addressed.”

“The home is beautiful. Location is great. A lot of space for many people. Very disappointing for the amount paid to find trash under the bed, and all outside the property. The home wasn’t cheap, and there wasn’t any propane in the tanks for us to enjoy grilling. They were responsive prior to me getting there which I appreciated, but the moment I had one request they never responded. That was very confusing. Also, the entire time I thought check out said 11am, but once I arrived the time change to 10am. I didn’t like that. I booked 3 months ago and it said 11am, but once I arrived it changed to 10am. Also, the amount of checkout things you are requesting is insane. There is a generous cleaning fee included and I felt that should have covered anything. That being said I think the home was beautiful, but everything else made the experience just okay.”

“The house was beautiful and a great location but we had 2 instances of water outages, one lasting for just under 24 hours and were given $600 as a refund to make it right. In my opinion this is unacceptable given how much we paid to stay here when we couldn’t use toilets, brush our teeth or shower for almost an entire day.”

“Probably the worst host on all of Airbnb. The original guests had real life injuries and health conditions that barred them from going to the property and the host had a system setup where they own the property so they could not accommodate. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
