“What an amazing condo right on the Blue River. In July, having morning coffee on the patio chairs with 50 degree temp and the sun 🌞 coming up over the mountains was a divine experience. 😇 This condo had EVERYTHING needed to make our 11 night stay perfect. Covered parking space was really nice. Gas grill (Weber) was perfect. Super Target right across the street for groceries and supplies. Great communication with the host manager. This was the perfect, relaxing, uncrowded vacation experience. We will be back next year (and hopefully—every year).”

“House had a beautiful view from front porch and kitchen window. Awesome having stream in backyard to cool off and play with kiddos and pup. Walkable to downtown, and downtown Frisco is very cute! Pictures show house accurately. Older, dated furnishings but clean and responsive hosts. A few sticky notes on things that weren’t working (bins in fridge, ice maker, blinds in dining room, faucet in upstairs bath) but this didn’t really impact our stay. Would recommend staying here.”

“The home is beautiful. Location is great. A lot of space for many people. Very disappointing for the amount paid to find trash under the bed, and all outside the property. The home wasn’t cheap, and there wasn’t any propane in the tanks for us to enjoy grilling. They were responsive prior to me getting there which I appreciated, but the moment I had one request they never responded. That was very confusing. Also, the entire time I thought check out said 11am, but once I arrived the time change to 10am. I didn’t like that. I booked 3 months ago and it said 11am, but once I arrived it changed to 10am. Also, the amount of checkout things you are requesting is insane. There is a generous cleaning fee included and I felt that should have covered anything. That being said I think the home was beautiful, but everything else made the experience just okay.”
