“Location is beautiful, way too many bugs outside and inside of the house might be just the time of the year, but made it very uncomfortable to go outside because every time you open the door all the bugs would come inside and then we’re killing bugs all over the bathrooms, kitchen and in the bedrooms at night I hate giving bad reviews, but this one was a little too much beds and pillows are super firm so wasn’t very comfortable for any of us, We ended up leaving a day early. The neighbors by the lake when we went fishing, we’re very disrespectful and did not like us fishing anywhere around the property even though we were not on their property at all we were in a vacant lot.”

“This place was amazing. The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Overall, it was everything we wanted and needed.”

“Things I loved-View, Location, Communication. Things I did not like-No AC downstairs (80deg at night), Upstairs AC unit is very loud. Overal I liked staying here-the view is amazing. Its my own fault I did not confirm no AC downstairs. If you look at Amitities, and go to the very bottom, it was listed as "not included". It was mid July and I should have checked. I grew up in this town and I never had AC so I did not think twice. But now, with my wife having bad lungs due to CF and Asthma, AC is a priority.”

“Nice home, clean and beds were so comfortable. Pans were old, worn but plenty of dishes. Filtered Water From fridge dispenser needs changing- grill was rusted. For a super host there could be some improvements. But otherwise great porches, all around the house. Very comfortable”

“We really wanted to stay here as it was a perfect fit for our family. However upon arrival the house was extremely dirty we are not picky people but the house was not cleaned from the previous people. Dirty bathroom with toothpaste stains on the sink. Hair on the tub and toilet. Hair in the pillows and sheets. Unfortunately we did not stay there that night we left to a hotel and currently waiting to get refund for the stays. It was a nice house but can’t say anything else besides it was really dirty.”

“The description of the place was true for what was listed- downtown, convenient, nice amenities, very comfortable bedding, nice inside (just needed dusting & one of the beds had dirty bedding), off-street parking, walking distance from many attractions- what was missing from the description was that a long-term resident was present on the second floor of our house, directly above us. I felt that we were intentionally misled about how private the space would be. The photos made it appear that we would have a house to ourselves. The house had very creaky old wood floors, and every time the tenant above us walked around, we could hear her. She walked back-and-forth late into the night and early in the morning. Sadly, we did not sleep well our entire vacation. The creaking floors were noisy enough that it woke me up at 11pm and 6am even with earplugs in. The tenant was respectful, she did not have guests over, and we could not hear talking or tv or anything, just very loud wood floors.”
