Village Properties at Sunriver

“The house was really great courage family. There is a strange clicking sound in the north bedroom. We called to have someone come take a look and he said it was the beams and house settling, pretty lame attempt to address the problem. It is clearly something else. Didn’t negatively affect our good time but if you are a light sleeper it might.”

“The house was great for our family of four, including two elementary school aged boys and our small dog. The boys could ride bikes and scooters in the quiet cul-de-sac and they loved playing foosball and shuffleboard downstairs. We all loved the quick access to the walking/bike trails (literally one or two minutes) and the very short (5ish minutes) walk to the Village Shops (restaurants, grocery store, bumper cars, mini golf, ice cream, etc) and SHARC. Kitchen had what we needed, beds were comfy - an overall perfect location for our active family!”

“This was the perfect house for our family when we came to Oregon for a family reunion in Bend. Sun River is a great neighborhood with awesome amenities, a naturey feel, and miles of bike paths. My teens loved the jacuzzi and having their own en suite bathroom. The oodles of large windows and decks provided lots of opportunities to enjoy the beauty outside. The coup de grâce was having passes for SHARC which provided a fun opportunity for our last day. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place to stay for our family get-together. The house was the perfect size, the bikes came in handy, everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the games in the garage were great fun. The one negative part was the check in and check out time really reduced the amount of time we could spend there.”

“My expectations were less than perfect due to this being a pet friendly home, however, I was pleasantly surprised that it was fresh, clean, and no signs of any pets being there! Aside from the bunk room needing a couple new mattresses, we would stay here again.”

“We had such a good time at this AirBnB! We would definitely come back. They had 4 adult bikes that were easy to pump up the tires with the equipment included. They left doggie welcome gifts which was super cute. A lot of previous AirBnB’s that we have stayed in have a dog “smell” if they allow dogs to stay, but this place was easily the cleanest that we have stayed in and there was zero odors! The only difficulty we had was - the listing is unclear which unit we were staying in (56), the host did not reply to any of our inquiries about household items beforehand or during our stay. There was some confusion regarding the SHARC passes that we thought were included but this was resolved by calling the company. We would definitely stay here again, we love Sunriver! Thanks so much.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the place and great time as a family. We built memories and had a great time. The house is walkable to Sharc, to the Village and very easy to find. Very good communication every step of the way. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this place.”
