“The house is in an amazing location just 50 steps to the beach! The beds are incredibly comfortable and the living area and kitchen are super spacious. The large patio is a great bonus. Would stay here again next summer in a heartbeat! The host is super responsive and very easy to communicate with. Our family adored our time here!”

“The house was just as clean & welcoming as the photos show. We cooked our meals each day & had no problem as the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We were impressed by the towels & linens that were professionally cleaned & left for us. The closets were also stocked well in case we needed more blankets or fans. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet, clean, safe and it was beautiful too. We brought two cars and the parking was surprisingly simple. We really liked that there were sleeping areas on 3 levels as it provided a little bit of privacy for our older kids. Overall, we had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful property & hope that it will be available the next time we vacation at Newport Beach”

“Great location!! 3 min walk to the sand and 5 min to Newport Pier. Beautiful home. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Garage on site is a plus since parking is a big concern. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient (bring quarters since it is coin operated). Villa Rentals was so reliable and fast to answer our questions We will definitely stay here again”

“2nd stay at this house and 3rd is already booked. Great location with easy access on and off the peninsula and 3 minutes to the sand. Bikes are good idea for this house so you can get the the Newport/Balboa piers as well as Huntington Beach. It offers more flexibility than driving and parking. Plenty of space for 4 bikes in the garage with a car. Unit was clean and still equipped as it was in May. It appears regular inventory is taken as glassware and kitchen gadgets were all in tact. Great house and well managed.”

“Location Location .. steps to the beach. The unit was very clean and looked like the photos. This unit does not have anyone above you which was amazing! The unit has one large bedroom and two pull out sofas. The living area is very large, so you don't feel cramped in. I was pleasantly surprised to see dish towels, paper towels, dish soap and a new sponge still in the wrapper by the sink. The kitchen has the basic items with a few pots, pants, mixing bowls, glasses and silverware. There was a small issue with the garage door, but the owner was very responsive and kept me updated. It was amazing to have a garage space (level with house/not a drop in) with how many times the street sweeper came down the street. The unit does not have AC as stated in listing, the owner dropped off a few new fans that were much appreciated! As soon as we got up we just opened all the windows and doors to get cross breeze. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”
