“We have been renting homes in Newport for over 10 years. This is one of our favorite rentals for just my wife and I. It's 2 king beds but we are not a fan of sharing a bathroom - that is an us thing, not a house thing. It's perfect for the two of us. Lots of comments about road noise and we did not find that to be true. We sleep with white noise and closed the window almost all the way to keep fresh air but restrict noise. Short easy walk to the beach, across the street for Mario's and Alley and an easy walk/bike to the pier/grocery. House was spotless, towels came in bags so you knew they were straight from laundry service and the until was well equipped. Bed was also super comfortable. We are already booked here for July and will also be back in September for another week. This is our new go to in Newport. Villa Rentals was great to work with & communication was on point. We do hope they stay they course and keep the unit in good shape.”
