“Loved every facet of this home, from the decor, amenities, cleanliness, and fantastic outdoor space. My family loved every second of our vacation and didn’t want to leave the house for anything. If you have a boat, the location is great for quick ocean access. The checkout process was so easy. Of all the houses we have rented in the past 8 years, this was the best. We will definitely return next year!”

“This home was PERFECT for us(7 adults). Four bedrooms and each one has their own en suite bathroom-so nice! The shower was great with a big rain shower head along with a handheld wand (all 4 full bathrooms had the same shower set up). One bathroom had a double vanity, which was great. There was even a 1/2 bath-nice convenience. There was a washer and dryer right off the kitchen, and they included some laundry detergent packets for use. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Really appreciated the coffee/creamer/sugar that was there for us! The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have extra blankets and sheets. The pool was lovely and relaxing - we appreciated having all the beach towels and fun pool things there. The downstairs patio/outside living space right off the pool is wonderful. From ping pong, to corn hole, to the comfy seating in front of the large TV, the extra fridge, and even a deep freezer - they really thought of everything! We had the BEST time!!”

“We were down to visit family for the long weekend and this house was great. It had plenty for the kids to do. The pool and game room were good; though they definitely were experiencing some wear and tear as evidence by a broken game, torn pool umbrella, and I wasn’t thrilled with the lack of pool safety (no gate for when not in use). The house was just like the pictures, and had plenty of space. We did encounter quite a bit of dog hair but for the most part the house was clean. Beds were comfortable and we had enough towels to go around. We did end up buying some disposable plates and cups since there wasn’t enough for all of us to use at once. The host was very communicative, answering questions when the house manual was out of date. We would stay again as the house is extremely close to our family and the things we like to do in Miami.”

“The property and house are beautiful! Everything was extremely clean and easy check in. Only thing is an ice maker downstairs would be amazing to add to make it easy for boat trips!”

“My party would stay here again, no hesitation at all! The space was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away. It was also conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the host clearly paid attention to the details. In addition, the host was very responsive. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

“Villa Paraiso was a fantastic rental property. The management team was incredibly responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The house was clean, the bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were spotless. The outdoor furniture was worn and the umbrella was broken, but that didn’t impede our stay one bit as they had a lovely covered patio. We would stay again!”

“Beautiful, peaceful place. The palm trees blowing in the wind make a delightful sound as we layed out on wonderful lounge chairs that are in the pool. The dock was great! We brought a 25 foot boat and had plenty of room. The fish light, hoses & fish cleaning station made everything easier. & having an ice machine and outside freezer are such thoughtful additions. We enjoyed the fish, manatee & wildlife in the canal & even kayaking around the area. The kitchen is well stocked, place is clean, and the host attentive. This was such a perfect week away!”
