“The location was exactly as described. However, the parking was much more than anticipated we were able to fit four full-size trucks, one automobile and one boat trailer no problem. The dock space was great bumpers on the pilings. Hot tub was great. The bedrooms master bedroom was spacious. I like that the extra bedrooms were upstairs and away from the main living area and master bedroom. The host was super responsive and the location was absolutely awesome. Just a quick trip to get out into the Atlantic Ocean and sombrero Reiff. We really enjoyed our stay we definitely book again.”

“Our family had an amazing vacation at villa Sol, the unit had plenty of space for everyone, had a fully equipped kitchen and a large barbecue, we cooked at home every day our family meals with comfort. Beds were confortable and all rooms had a tv, plenty storage space and a full bathroom. Internet access was provided and parking spaces were available. The pool was amazing , not super big but adequate for our family, it would have better jets though, we had to ask to have it cleaned what was done immediately, host was very responsive. The only issue was with the trash that was not picked up. We understand that this is not controlled by the host, is the county responsibility, but they should have a support plan. Other than that we had just cherished memories from the place and would definitely come back again sometime soon.”

“Our group goes to the keys each year for summer. Location was great. Property amazing and clean. The pool did need a quick clean. I messaged the host and he had someone right out. Very pleased with the response rate. We will for sure be booking again!”

“we are grateful for a great stay and very responsive hosts… The house is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. As a heads up, there are about 4 or 5 cameras that watch the pool area. Our family has 2 daughters in their twenties that were nervous to lay out by the pool in their bikinis.. so just a heads up. Otherwise the property didn’t disappoint at all!”

“Seaside Escape was the perfect home for our family trip to Marathon! We stayed with our nephews and sister-in-law and brought our boat for lobster mini season. The private dock made it incredibly easy to access both the Gulf and the Atlantic, so we were able to enjoy lobstering as well as some great fishing throughout our stay. After long days on the water, we loved coming back to relax in the pool and hot tub. The outdoor space was fantastic, and the house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The property management team was VERY responsive and easy to work with from booking through checkout. If you're looking for a beautiful waterfront home that's perfect for boating, fishing, or making memories with family and friends, Seaside Escape is an excellent choice. We had an amazing week and would definitely stay here again!”

“This place is amazing! It is beautifully decorated, in a great location, and came with a lot of things in the home that many rentals do not include. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking needs you could want. The freezer was a little sluggish making enough ice. However, the place has an additional freezer for more storage downstairs. The people in charge of the place are very quick to respond to the guests as well. This is much appreciated! There is plenty of space for 2 boats to park at the onsite deck, and plenty of parking for guest cars. The only set back is not supplying enough toilet paper for more than one or two days (we were there for a whole week with 9 adults). It was mentioned in the description that there would only be a starter amount provided. However, it is just our opinion that there should have been more provided being that the place was booked for a week. But hey, this is a minimal issue for the big picture of how great this place really is.”

“We had an excellent time in this home. There were 9 people staying here and , because the home is laid out for entertaining , we did not feel cramped at all. The entire bottom floor is one of the best kept secrets of the house with the pool , pool table, ping pong table, corn hole, dock, sitting areas and outdoor kitchen. The property management company was very responsive and answered any questions we had almost immediately. The neighborhood was nice and you can walk to the fish market/restaurants. Would highly recommend this house for your keys adventures!”

“Simply beautiful and restful surroundings. Able to meet neighbors and made new friends! Pool was nice way to spend a day or end a long day on the boat. Boat dock and amenities that went along to clean our catch, etc were amazing. So thankful to Villa Paraiso for helping us have a great vacation!”

“Place was great, beds were super comfortable! The house is very close to a grocery store and excellent restaurants! I had to do a little work while on vacation, and had issues with my printer and setting up the WiFi they were super helpful with figuring out my issues and were willing to look up my printer model and help figure it out I was impressed, we were able to solve the issue! We would definitely stay again!”
