“Wonderful property and very clean! Lots of room to accommodate our large family. The three level property with seperate living spaces allowed everyone to enjoy their own space. The private pool was wonderful for the little ones to enjoy a break from the beach. There was a short walk to the private beach area. All amenities and restaurants were all along Hwy 98. The hosts Kim and Andy communicated in a timely manner and left welcoming, clear, and convenient instructions for the rental property. The property is located in a secure & private cul de sac. Thanks for allowing us to have a wonderful vacation at your beautiful property!”airbnb

“Our family of four really enjoyed our time at The Beach House - the walk to the beach was super easy and we were able to use chairs and an umbrella already at The Beach House which was very nice. We also enjoyed riding our bikes included with the house to coffee each morning as well as to lunch at Shunk Gulley and Stinkys. The neighborhood was also a great place to ride bikes. The Beach House is located in a really cute neighborhood with privacy and a great porch with two hammocks. Kim and Andy were great hosts!”airbnb

“This home was lovely for our big blended family trip. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was amazing! The place itself was very clean and matched the description well. The beach was simply amazing not having to fight the crowds and the pool was perfect. The hosts accommodated us for both and early check in and a late check out due to our flight timing which was really nice. A few small things, the smoke detector would go off in the kitchen every time we cooked, and there was only 1-2 dish towels for use which was inconvenient. The listing was very explicit about what goods were available in the home so be sure to read carefully and bring your own beach towels. The house is very close to the private beach access but there are many many steep stairs to get to the actual beach. Something to keep in mind if you have less mobile people in your group. Overall a great home and a great trip!”airbnb

“Kim and Andy were wonderful hosts! We had some very specific, last-minute check-in needs, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating. We truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to work with us. The house was clean, accurately represented in the listing, and in a great location close to the beach. Kim was also helpful in recommending a less-crowded beach area. We loved having the golf cart—it used so little gas that we spent less than $3 for the entire week! We also appreciated the beach chairs, floats, and tents provided. Publix is conveniently nearby for groceries and supplies. The golf cart is a four-seater, so larger families may want to rent an additional cart. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. We’ll be checking out Kim and Andy’s other properties next time! Santa Rosa was MAGICAL!”airbnb

“Genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s quiet, a short golf cart ride, bike, or walk to the beach and restaurants. So much to do at the house. Did not have to go out and purchase any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc because they have everything in the garage. Huge home! Friendly neighbors. Pool is incredible. Would stay here 10/10 times. Very kept up with and clear pride in hosting a friendly, clean, and calm beach stay for a family!”airbnb

“First off, the hosts are very responsive. Place is peaceful with a huge pools that is not crowded so during double red flags, you still have a place to enjoy. Kitchen is well equipped which is important to us since we cook. Clean house and clean bathrooms. Would book again.”airbnb

“Amazing home! Awesome location! We loved the access to the huge pool, open living room/kitchen concept. The golf cart, pool table, and grill was a nice addition. We used the golf cart almost every day to easily get coffee, go to the beach, and explore nearby restaurants. Pro tip if you have a toddler: we used the huge walk in closet that had electricity and AC vent as another room within the master bedroom to ensure our son had a quiet, dark, ventilated space to sleep. He loved it! We used a small air mattress we always bring. This ensured he didn’t wake up too early as the house gets plenty of light! Awesome home, location, and amazing host! We’ll be back!!”airbnb

“Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Golf cart use was a must to take items to the beach or to run down to do some shopping or eat or get ice cream. We had a large group and was no problem to make couple of trips. Loved the 2 driveways to have room for multiple cars or a place the kids could play. We took walks around the neighborhood and down to the beach. Was very relaxing. There was plenty of living room space for all the family to gather, play games etc. along with kitchen sitting. Loved the back porch area. We didn’t use the pool at the house but loved the large pool. Will be even nicer when they get the waterfalls working again. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great vacation and hope to see you next year!”airbnb
