“We had a wonderful stay. Loved that there were books, games, puzzles, and a lot of sitting space for our family. The bikes and paddle board along with boards for the ocean was a great plus. The only thing missing was the hammock.”

“We had an amazing time. It was very restful and relaxing. The Golf Cart and bikes were a nice touch, and we loved the little shops down by the beach. We especially liked the ice cream shop and bbq place. The pool was beautiful but the water still a touch chilly, we spent most of our time in the beautiful clear aquamarine water at the beach. It was an adult vacation and we couldn’t have asked for better. Just what was needed to recharge our batteries from the busy day to day work routine.”

“We loved Kim and Andy’s place! Our favorite thing about the home was the location, just a short drive to the beach! We also loved the huge community pool that was beautiful. The home itself is very well taken care of and in a cul de sac which was perfect for our kiddos to play safely! When we first arrived, I asked several questions and the responded quickly and kindly, even though they had already answered the questions (I blame the 12 hour car drive)! We will definitely be checking out their homes the next time we come to 30A area!”

“We had a great stay! Although weather did not cooperate during our visit, we were able to manage and still enjoy our stay. We had 9 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space!! We really like the accessible swimming pool. And it is only 5 mins from the beach. Plenty of beach toys for the kids. Overall, my family liked it. Thank you Kim & Andy! 😊”

“Nice home in a quiet community. Great for a family vacation or a couples getaway. The house was clean, well maintained, and a number of different bikes, beach items, and a golf cart to use. Owners were super responsive to any questions. Overall felt the price was solid for the area and what we got.”

“We had the best week at Tidewater. The house was amazing with no detail overlooked — and you couldn't ask for a better location. The beach was a quick and easy walk and we loved being so close the neighborhood pool. Kim and Andy were excellent hosts and very responsive. Our group couldn't have asked for a better property to celebrate a family birthday.”

“Place was great. Pool is awesome but not heated. Had a lot of kids running around but they were renters too so just bad timing. A couple of items missing in the kitchen like Tupperware and the grill is not very good. Other than those minor things it is a great place and a great location.”
