“The place was awesome for our purposes. Everything was easy to access and the communication was on top. We had a great time, even though the weather was not that great. The pool in the neighborhood is very nice and was not too crowded, which allowed us to catch some water even though the beach was closed. Will definitely consider coming back”

“Super close to the beach, walkable, but 6-person golf cart is a definite plus! Easy to drive the golf cart to shops, restaurants or the beach. Beach chairs and boogie boards in outdoor closet were a wonderful surprise too! The upstairs layout was perfect with the spacious master suite with a nice balcony and two queens with a jack and jill bath. Each room had their own sink and there were separate shower room and toilet, so it was a great layout for my daughter and her three friends. The extra suite downstairs with a full bath would have been perfect for my son if he had been able to join, but instead it gave the girls an extra full bath and sink with plenty of room to spread out. We didn't use it but there was also a nice fire pit outside to make smores. I would definitely recommend this location and host, we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Lilo’s Landing! The house is gorgeous and located in the most charming neighborhood. Kim & Andy were very accommodating and very responsive. The distance from the house to the beach is perfect, we rode bikes the whole time. It was all around fabulous and I’d love to stay here again!”

“We had 9 adults and 2 young kids and we all had our own rooms with plenty of bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved having the golf cart and enjoyed the community pool every day. I saw other homes by Kim and Andy that back up to the community pool which we will definitely check out next time. Although having the plunge pool was also great for the little kids at the house. We will definitely be back. Kim and family.”

“We had a group of 12 moms and daughters celebrating high school graduation. This home was perfect for us! It was a great location, beautiful inside, and outside, the pool was fantastic! There was a large living space inside and the kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were so pretty and linens extra soft. The house obviously has several floors so not the best choice if stairs are difficult for you. We used the elevator to get luggage up and down. So helpful. We went to beach access 38 (can’t remember the name) about 1.5 miles away. We used the golf cart for that and it was great. Kim was super helpful and responded very quickly. She also helped by sending me info before my visit.”
