Victoria Rentals
3.90Visit website
Victoria Rentals's guest rating of 3.90 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“DO NOT DO IT!!! This place is HORRIBLE and the staff is non-responsive. Upon checking, there are fees which were not disclosed, like a room deposit ($250), daily resort fees, and valet parking at $30/daily (no self parking for free or for lower rate). My room had backed up water in the sink, dried blood on the headboard, broken bed slats on the bed, long elevator wait times, floor board with cracks, splits and holes, as well as mold and mildew in the bathrooms. I had to beg to be transferred to another room, which was no better. Upon transfer, the new room did not have a remote for the room. I requested a remote multiple times. No remote. I requested assistance from Airbnb… no help. Airbnb are no assistance with getting a refund. I finally contacted the BBB, Florida Department of Licensing, and the Florida Health Agency. I encourage reporting these people for the classic bait and switch! They are greedy, extortionist, refuse a refund, and will ignore all correspondence. Do Not Do It!!”airbnb

“I have stayed here several times before and this one was by far the worst . the bathroom sink was falling apart. there were no hangers in the closet. the space was way smaller than pictured . there were only 2 towels in the entire room.”airbnb

“In the near future I'll never ever stay at this location again ,I'll not recommend it. The amenities while booking reservation on AIRBNB, were free except for parking. Upon checking I was informed of a 30$ a day mandatory to have access to pool and gym , I informed the hostess I'll not be using pool and gym but fees are mandatory. I requested to speak to Victoria concerning the fees, she responded by saying " move on , get with it " very unprofessional. I traveled all over the world I never once had to pay for pool and gym access. The room was very tiny compare to photo listed on AIRBNB, no garbage in room ,TV not working.”airbnb

“I initially saw a listing that included a kitchen and asked the host a question through that listing. She then invited me to book, but it turned out to be a different unit without a kitchen, even though it had the same pictures and price. That was really unfair. When we arrived, we realized the unit had no kitchen. It also did not include a bathtub as stated in the description, and the carpeted floor was very dirty and full of stains, completely different from what the pictures showed. Both a bathtub and a clean floor were important to us since we were traveling with young children. On top of that, the service at the resort was very poor. We were never able to get beach chairs or umbrellas, and we couldn’t find any space at the pool. The building has only two elevators for 30 floors, which is unacceptable — I waited about 20 minutes for the elevator. I recommend checking the Google reviews for the resort before booking.”airbnb

“View and location close to beach eleventh..charged additional fees upon arrival almost extra $200 ..plus $150 parking ..the room was smaller than in pics..one of the elevator was broken ..only two elevators so always had to wait..toilet overflow..the bed frame and headboard dirty and dingy I know u don’t sleep on that part but gave an uncomfortable feeling that bed wasn’t new or time to replace..”airbnb

“We rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay did not meet expectations. The apartment was visibly dirty upon arrival. There was dust and grime throughout, and the floors were so unclean that our 18-month-old’s feet turned black from walking inside. This is not acceptable for a listing advertised as professionally cleaned. The listing also advertises complimentary beach chairs and towels at “Esteban’s Place,” which has been closed for months. We spent significant time walking up and down the beach trying to find it. At seven months pregnant, this was physically exhausting and avoidable had the listing been accurate. Check-in took a long time, and the elevator consistently required 10–15 minute waits. We contacted the host multiple times and received no response. Overall, the cleanliness issues, inaccurate amenities, delays, and lack of communication made this a disappointing experience.”airbnb

“Mysterious stains on the bed and curtains. Balcony view is not what is pictured on the ad. Host not helpful, would not provide extra pillow/blanket. Very tight room spacing. Valet required me to drive up to 3rd floor of garage myself before they took car, which defeats point of valet. No access to rooftop pool, which is for owner's only.”airbnb

“The place was clean. However it had extra fees for the amenities of the resort. $92 for the swimming pool and the gym added to the price even you don’t want access is crazy. Also we had to pay $90 to park. At checkout time when we went to get the car. They told us we owed for a late check out. We advised them that we already paid for three day. Upon them checking the book. They lady put we paid $59 instead of $90. Which we’re told she always messing up trying to pocket money. The guy end up giving us our car after 30 min. Dishes and forks not clean in the dresser draw where clothes would be. I definitely will never stay there again. For the price at least put a mirror where people can see what they are wearing out. Also no one came to even get the trash in the 3 days we were there and the phone was not working to call the front desk”airbnb
