“There is a camera pointed directly over the pool and had we known this, we wouldn’t have booked our stay. I will say the pool was nice and our stay was just fine. This was my first experience with needing to put down a separate deposit. -Which made us worry about that during our entire stay, but in the end we did get it back. The photos from the listing are outdated. Overall, Nice host, nice pool, decent place. I also want to let people know that I usually don’t leave such a detailed review because I am not very critical, but I wished I would have known some of this information before booking our stay.”

“We had a great stay; the house is fully equipped for our needs, and a fenced yard allowed us to take our dog on vacation. Paul responded quickly and addressed our needs. Thank you!”

“Everything was great! Paul was very responsive anytime I reached out to him. Everything was clean, the check in and check out procedure was well put together. The house is a 10 min drive to the beach, it’s in a quiet peaceful safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within minutes and lots of beautiful beaches in the area. So close to Sarasota as well. I absolutely love the Venice area and we would 10/10 stay here again! Thank you for making our vacation as stress free and enjoyable as possible.”

“Paul was always available the grill was available for use even had propane in it , pool was nice and the ac works great! the hot water takes a second to kick in so be patient but it works well once it does. Only issue is the water smell which isn’t the properties fault it’s a city water issue, loved the places and beaches they are really easy accessible plenty of stores and restaurants I will definitely consider staying again.”

“Paul’s condo was just as advertised. Both bedrooms were well furnished; the master was roomy and the king bed was very, very comfortable. A short walk to the pool, which was never overcrowded. Quiet neighborhood including the immediate neighbors. A/C worked great”
