“Vail International was great. Airbnb was horrible because they cancelled our reservation 2 hours before check-in and could not tell us why. Don’t book through Airbnb for this well-located unit with amazing views. Book directly through Vail International to avoid paying the steep Airbnb fees and poor service.”

“Nice condo in a very convenient building. The condo was located about a five minute walk from Lionshead and a ten minute walk from Vail village. Extremely convenient. For those who don't want to walk, a bus stops a few steps away at the library. Condo looks like the pictures. Parking was very convenient. Pool and hot tub were great. One thing to be aware of. The apartment does not have air conditioning (which is clearly stated), but even with the sliding doors wide open all night, it can take a long time to cool the apartment down. Our apartment faced the highway, so there is constant road noise, which is either a plus or minus depending on how you feel.”

“Cute and cozy condo located in a convenient location. Easy to walk to Vail Village and Lionshead or the free bus is convenient easy to use also.”

“We liked staying there although was longer walk to lifts than expected. Front desk is only open to 5pm and we arrived at 7:30 pm and had some trouble finding wasour unit. Also we had our skis shipped and no one was available at desk until after 9pm despite supposed to be open at 8am. Otherwise front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would suggest adding a list of TV channels and instructions on how to use remotes, etc.”

“The place was clean and adequate. for 4. The ground level did not provide much of a view but made it convent for getting to the facilities and the villages. It could have more places for hanging ski clothing and equipment like hooks and shelves.”

“Should’ve gotten at least a free night after the toilet above us leaked all over our bathroom. It was shit water and they just left it Monday night until we left on Tuesday. Offered us to move that night but that was inconvenient to pack up and would be checking out in 12 hours. I think our bathroom should’ve been cleaned that night and at least given us credit for one night. This is very disappointing and not sure if I will continue to use Airbnb for my vacations.”
