“We were expecting more space based off of the photos and description. The bunk room had some sort of make up smeared on the wall and popcorn under the bed. We stayed sat-sat and weekends were very noisy with pool/hot tub activity. Based on time spent at the hot tub/pool many that were there using facilities and noisy were not actually staying on the property just visiting others there. Host notified us mid stay that there was a realtor showing the unit which caused concern as we did not secure our belongings in the unit thinking that there would not be anyone in or out.”

“This place is a unicorn. If you’re lucky enough to get it BOOK it! It’s the closest condo to the slopes and town. It’s updated and awesome!”

“We had an amazing time in Vail and were so happy with the beautiful condo: the kitchen was well-equipped, the space is cozy with the beautiful fireplace. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the easy walk to the bus. And the pool/hot tub! We would highly recommend this place!”

“The house location was the best part of the experience. The building hallways and the apartment felt very dated and unkept along with some of the kitchen appliances, for example three humidifiers that didn't work. There is a ventilation issue in the house as it constantly smelled of cooked meat. It was a lot of money to spend and believe it should be updated to reflect the current market value for such a price.”

“The pictures on the listing did not match the property leading to a disappointing stay. The home was also not cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. There was hair in the shower, dirty socks on the ground, dishes left in the sink, and open snacks left in the bedrooms.”
