“The condo is nice and large enough and right by the shuttle and the walking part of the village, which is all good. Clean, well stocked, nice space, nice ambiance. The stay was a pleasure in every way. One star off for incredibly confusing check-in experience. Instructions haven’t arrived — I had to call. Instructions were sent — they are on a separate webpage which wouldn’t load. Garage entrance is somewhere. Getting from the garage to the apartment is… something else. Took us 1.5 hours from arriving to Vail to taking our hats off. Next five days—pure pleasure”

“We were expecting more space based off of the photos and description. The bunk room had some sort of make up smeared on the wall and popcorn under the bed. We stayed sat-sat and weekends were very noisy with pool/hot tub activity. Based on time spent at the hot tub/pool many that were there using facilities and noisy were not actually staying on the property just visiting others there. Host notified us mid stay that there was a realtor showing the unit which caused concern as we did not secure our belongings in the unit thinking that there would not be anyone in or out.”

“The house location was the best part of the experience. The building hallways and the apartment felt very dated and unkept along with some of the kitchen appliances, for example three humidifiers that didn't work. There is a ventilation issue in the house as it constantly smelled of cooked meat. It was a lot of money to spend and believe it should be updated to reflect the current market value for such a price.”

“The pictures on the listing did not match the property leading to a disappointing stay. The home was also not cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. There was hair in the shower, dirty socks on the ground, dishes left in the sink, and open snacks left in the bedrooms.”
