“We had a great stay. The house was amazing. Very responsive and accommodating throughout the process.”

“Great home for large groups, such a perfect layout for sleeping arrangements, social gathering space and entertaining. Great pool! Management was very responsive as well. Beds were very comfortable and linens soft and cozy. There are some upkeep issues that we feel should be addressed since it’s such a beautiful space. There were stains on carpets and furniture, as well as the springs on the couch were sprung making it uncomfortable to sit on. Some bedrooms didn’t have lamps or side tables. The floors were dirty in the house as well making everyone’s feet black. Lastly, the garbage pullout in kitchen is broken. If those few things were addressed, we give it five stars!”

“Great location close to everything. Comfy beds and comforters. Great amenities, fun ping pong table and pool. Immediately responded to request for a replacement outdoor umbrella and came to install same day. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“We wanted a quite spot for a family trip (me, wife and 3 adult kids 19 - 23). This house was terrific. I can't say enough about he views from the deck, from the patio, from the pool, from the roof. Wow! It was just awesome. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a backyard that just opens up into the most amazing space. We literally walked off the patio and onto a trail (Little Horse Trail). After morning coffee in the hot tub, we hiked most mornings and sat by the pool in the afternoon. The rooms are a spacious and comfortable and the ameneties are great. The location is great (about 1/2 between Uptown Sedona and Oak Creek. Everything was super clean. The owners/managers of the house were super helpful and extremely responsive. We had an amazing week and would absolutely look for this place again next time we come back. Thank you!”

“The home was big and location was perfect for my family and I who traveled for my nephews graduation from Desert Mountain High. With the available amenities, the kids enjoyed themselves with corn hole, basketball, swimming and everything else. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! Host was very responsive and answered all questions. Being able to check in early and later was definitely a plus since plans had changed for some of my party. Highly recommended and would book again if I’m ever in town!”

“A very cozy, home-like place in the best location in Sedona. The management is very friendly and responsive. The house is well equipped with everything you'll need. The garden with the creek, spacious patio, wildlife around, and spectacular views of Bell Rock are unforgettable. We will no doubt try to come back to it in the future!”

“Our stay did not turn out as we had hoped. The home itself was nice, clean, accommodating, and in a great location. However, we specifically booked this property for the pool and spa, and unfortunately that experience was disappointing. We paid an additional fee to have the pool and spa heated, but upon arrival neither felt adequately warm. We were later informed that the pool and spa could not be heated at the same time and that we needed to manually switch the heat between them using the iPad in the kitchen, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The pool remained cold throughout much of our stay, and the heater also made a loud screeching noise near the primary bedroom for several days. A technician was sent out, but we never received a clear explanation or resolution. The iPad system also repeatedly showed as offline when trying to control the heater. Additionally, most of the outdoor cushions around the firepit and main deck were filthy and essentially unusable. The lounger by”

“This is the first negative review I’ve ever written and I am hopeful it will help someone who is thinking of booking this. DONT. It is not as portrayed. It is next to a noisy area and is very very close to (across a very small road) a preschool. It is NOT private. It also borders a parking lot. It also smelled SO strong of a toxic smell when we arrived. It seemed to be products the cleaners used and they were cleaning past check in time. The guest house is small and dark. The windows also do not open in this structure so the smell would not leave. My friend was not able to breathe and we left. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want something peaceful, quiet, and private— like a “sanctuary it is marketed as.” The labyrinth is right next to the road as well - in front of the school. They offered me no refund either— besides the cleaning fee which was toxic. I wish I could give zero stars. It’s wrong to list this as they are. Horrible experience.”
