“Spent a long weekend here and had an awesome time. The view is the star of the show. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the condo, walking the beach, and having evening fires right on the shoreline. Birch Bay has a laid-back vibe that made it easy to relax and slow down for a few days. The location is excellent. There are several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance, and it was nice not having to drive everywhere. We also made a day trip into Vancouver, BC, which was an easy and worthwhile excursion. The condo was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for a beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.”

“Great location, fabulous view!!! Beyond that, the place is dated and in need of maintenance/upgrades. The condo itself sleeps 4 but only has a small very dated and dirty loveseat in the living room so hard to get comfortable. Bathroom had many ants crawling around. Front lock/door difficult to close/secure and in need of maintenance.”

“This unit was very comfortable and clean for our family of 5. The kids really liked the small loft with the twin, although the stairs are a bit steep to come down. The kitchen is well stocked including some staples like spices, flour, sugar, and oil. The unit is at the back of the northern V with a good view of the water and sunset. The furniture on the patio facing the water is different from the photos - there is a BBQ with 2 square tables and chairs. The furniture on the larger deck faces the parking lot so we didn’t use it, and it wasn’t really set up for summer yet. My kids said the pool was cold but they swam anyway, and the hot tub looked a bit murky. Overall we enjoyed our stay!”
