“This is a lovely condo. It’s very spacious with soothing decor. And, it was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. And, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. There is a beautiful view of the ocean across the street. Seabirds and heron abound and the sunsets were gorgeous. The area is very walkable. We walked a mile to the state park where there was a kite flying event! It was a great stay!”

“This is a must-stay destination! I would happily return to Birch Bay just to stay here. We had a wonderful time at the property and were very satisfied with our lodgings. Instructions were clear, the kitchen had all items needed, and ample linens were provided. The view from the upstairs porch is gorgeous and you are just steps away from beach access.”

“We had a great stay! The place was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful, and the location was peaceful while still being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially enjoyed the public beach access right across the street and the community area in the back. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!”

“Great location, fabulous view!!! Beyond that, the place is dated and in need of maintenance/upgrades. The condo itself sleeps 4 but only has a small very dated and dirty loveseat in the living room so hard to get comfortable. Bathroom had many ants crawling around. Front lock/door difficult to close/secure and in need of maintenance.”
