“Great parking! Our off road 4 runner fit in the underground parking. Loved the security. The condo was spacious, bigger than expected and we loved the ocean view. The place was well stocked. Thanks for the great stay!”

“The Villa was a fantastic stay! Our family reserved the Villa for my son's wedding at Casa Romantica because of the close distance and also for the elevator for Grandma. Everything presented in the listing was almost exactly as shown. Gorgeous living spaces - kitchen, living room - the bedrooms spacious with so much closet space and bathrooms with all the amenities one needs. The kicker is the top floor media room has a TV (yay!) which wasn't in the photos as an added plus. The heatwave was barely felt with the lovely AC going (this is a luxury in the beach communities of LA/OC). The garage was insane, you can park 4 cars inside, and two outside - while we didn't use all the spaces, this is another beach rental plus. Overall, I fell in love with the Villa and San Clemente and will return again! Chris your host was A+ with our minor requests.”

“This house is gorgeous. From the court yard when you walk in, to the arches, the floors , the well appointed rooms and the gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was so clean. All the promised amenities. The sheets were so soft. The water pressure in the showers was fab. So spacious. Communication was clear and easy. The house is so convenient to what San Clemente has to offer. We enjoyed our time here. It was a great place for us to spend time connecting, cooking and looking at the ocean.”

“This property was absolutely incredible! The host was incredibly responsive, the property was super easy to find, beautifully decorated, and had an uber-comfortable bed. There were plenty of fans to help with airflow when it got hot, and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night. The kitchen was a great size and had everything we needed. The property was stocked to the brim with thoughtful essentials, including unlimited trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, and so much more; things you don’t always find at a rental property. We absolutely loved our stay and will most definitely be coming back again and again! Highly recommend!”
