“This is a place with great furnishings and good amenities. There was an issue with the air vents having mildew build up and this being an older condo it had a musty smell. I believe it may have not been rented for a while. We contacted the person in charge about the vents and we had a technician come by two days after notification. We were staying only three days so he was to correct the vent issues the next day but we were leaving. I do believe with a little care and checking on the unit in the future these items can be rectified.”

“Overall our stay was good, however the condo itself was a bit of a disappointment for the price point. Pros: quick walk to the beach and access to the wonderful pool next door Cons: Condo feels smaller than what is shown in pictures. Also, it is in need of some TLC- especially in the master bathroom. As a heads up for others- It was convenient to have a washer in the unit, however it is a combo washer/dryer and takes about 5 hours to complete a cycle. It is advised by a note on it to not start laundry after 5pm.”
