Vacation the Right Way

“We enjoyed our stay in this tiny house. Renting one is a great way to see if that style living is for you. The place is for sale and as such has furniture more suited for staging, than for comfort, but it was comfy enough. Another minor con was that there was only one set of bathroom linens. Mellisa’s lil home was in a great location that was quiet and peaceful. Other than the great price, one of the best and most unexpected touches was the music playing when we first got there. That was new one for us and we loved it. Everything was clean and well decorated. Nice coffee maker with a tasty assortment. Best thing was the cold AC was able to beat the Texas heat and seeing as it was 104 degrees, that’s impressive. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend that y’all book some time and have fun!”

“Tons of space for our family to relax. A 10 min walk to/from the Comal public access and tubes/air pump as part of amenities - literally floated the river daily for free! So much within walking distance from downtown shopping to eateries and snow cones. Backyard was lovely - especially the hot tub. We cooked family meals easily in the kitchen and on the grill. Lots of parking, hot water, and strong wifi. We loved our stay and really appreciated Melissa as a host!”
