“This was a great place, very clean and just as described in the pictures! Everything was within walking distance, didn't drive the few days we stayed here! Would definitely stay here again!”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was awesome! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the creek. The cabin was very clean and a perfect location for visiting the national park. Close enough to all the restaurants but far enough away from the action that it wasn’t noisy. Felt nice and private. We would definitely come back! One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at!”

“Cute functional space in a quiet area. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bedding. I used the kitchen to cook and although it’s a small space, it worked out well. One thing to note is that the shortest route to walk into the town requires walking down a few stairs. It wasn’t a problem for me but just fyi.”

“The corner patio was the highlight of our stay as we were there for a conference at the convention center and were able to have friends over! location was an easy walk to everything downtown. Furnishings are quite old and the unit is crowded with "stuff." But, it certainly had everything we needed. would stay there again for the patio, the ability to cook our own meals, ease of location.”

“We booked Kevin’s place for one night but ended up staying two because we had car trouble. It was just ok. The place was clean and the location was good. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were no pots or pans, and only one oven pan. There was no sharp knife. At first we didn’t have any towels but he brought some to us later. The condo is nice, but I usually stay at air bnbs for the kitchen so I don’t have to eat out every meal, but it was impossible to cook in the kitchen with no pots or even a knife.”

“We selected this unit specifically because of the larger, corner balcony. We were not disappointed with the views or the balcony itself. Good location, easy to find, clean, plenty of comfortable space. Great place to stay!”

“Very nice and well appointed place that puts you close to a lot of the attractions in Gatlinburg. The area is very walkable, so you can leave your car here and not have to worry about finding parking!”

“This location was perfect for walking to the strip but still being well enough removed from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Very peaceful. We loved the balcony views too!”

“Overall, average at best. The condo is very outdated and the pool was closed for maintenance for our stay, which was disappointing. The main issues I had with this stay though were: 1) the pull out sofa was dirty when we pulled it out (crumbs, plus stains on the mattress protector), plus it was broken on one side so the bed dipped down significantly lower in one corner. Not great for my teen sleeping on it, they ended up sleeping sideways to try to make it work. 2) the pillow situation is terrible. They are very thin pillows so you definitely need two of them, but there are only 5 pillows in the condo. So if you have more than 2 people (like we did), at least one of you is sleeping with one flat-as-a-pancake pillow, which I can tell you is not comfortable. Overall, the place was fine… for 2 people for a budget deal it would be an ok place to stay, but I’d recommend bringing your own pillows.”
