“Very close to the strip . You can walk to everything . Only issue we had was the bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The ac unit is extremely loud When turning on. If you’re a light sleeper you definitely won’t be able to sleep . It was ok for a quick one night stay . I couldn’t have stayed more than that.”

“Our stay was severely disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues and poor communication. The refrigerator was broken, ruining our food. It took over 14 hours to replace, with no offer to replace or reimburse the spoiled food. We weren't even told it was being replaced. The replacement refrigerator made the small kitchen difficult to use because the door blocked access. There was only one fork, no hangers in either closet, inconsistent A/C with one vent serving three rooms and none in the kitchen or bathrooms, and one toilet had an incorrect tank lid exposing part of the tank. Overall, the property felt neglected and the communication did not match the inconvenience we experienced.”

“The location for this place was wonderful! Very clean and a great place to stay. The only negative thing I would say about this place is the bed! If you like a hard hard bed you will be fine. I do not so sleep was a little tuff.”

“Location of this condo was excellent. You are an easy one block walk to the main street through town and there are many walkable restaurants and a coffee shop close by. The condo itself was very outdated. Couch is worn out and uncomfortable, same with the bed. It was hard and pillows were flat. Towels felt like they must have been there since the 1970’s, thin and scratchy. In the kitchen (which we did not use) the sink was covered in a greasy film and the bathroom floor did not look very clean. Since we booked last minute for just a couple of nights to visit with friends staying in another condo in the building, and we didn’t plan to spend much time in the room it was fine, but if it were a longer visit I would choose somewhere else next time.”

“This location is so close to all the shops and restaurants! It was actually peaceful being that close to everything!”

“Sadly, Kevin was a first class jerk. When I asked about listed kitchen amenities, Kevin admitted they were part of the listing, but said, “I don’t know how they got there” (seriously - aren’t you in charge of the listing?). Further, he said he had never provided those amenities in the past, and wasn’t going to honor what was in the listing for us. He said that if we bought the items, he would not reimburse us. We paid over $1,100.00 for our stay, and he’s not going to honor the listing and reimburse us $10.00 or so? Like I said, a first-class jerk.”
