“This was a beautiful home. It was clean and well stocked. I had requested a crib or pak and play and they also provided a walker which was extremely considerate. The party garage was a fun hangout. We just had immediate family visiting from all over and it was a very relaxing place to hang out for a few days. Everyone felt like they had their own master suite. The neighborhood was very walkable and friendly too. We would stay here again.”

“The property itself was terrific overall. A few issues reported at check-in required multiple follow-ups before being addressed, but they were eventually resolved. Inside, everything was very clean and tidy, though the kitchen was somewhat sparsely stocked with basic essentials. We especially enjoyed the pool and grill area. After the initial issues were reported, I discovered that the outdoor dining and grill areas also needed a thorough cleaning, so we took care of that ourselves.”

“Me and my friends had a great time on our Bachelorette trip and this place had everything we needed and more. Host was super responsive whenever we had questions and the place was spacious and clean.”

“3-star stay. The biggest disappointment was the pool. It uses an older filtering system with large tubing that floats around the pool with an automatic suction vacuum that runs along the bottom and sides. After we asked about it, we were told the tubing and equipment had to remain in the pool at all times, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the pool. Additionally, the pool’s water-fill system involved a garden hose running across the back patio 24/7. Neither of these features were shown in the listing photos. I contacted the owner regarding another concern and received a response approximately 22 hours later; the issue was not resolved. Positives: The house is clean and the property is in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient location. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and the living room and outdoor dining areas provide good gathering space. There were sufficient towels for our group of 4, and the beds were adequately comfortable with cozy bedding options.”

“Of all my airbnb stays over 14 years, I’ve never posted a negative review: -10am check out // 4pm check in is egregious, and the host had no willingness to accommodate a minute earlier or later -hot tub was not working and was empty of water until the following morning. Host reached out on message app and advised they would address the issue with me after checkout, and has yet to respond -Critters. I purchased spray to get rid of the many flies (which were biting my legs in the kitchen). Found a mouse in the backyard, which was eventually consumed by an owl lounging on a power line above the backyard. -responsiveness: for the $ rate for this stay, I expected faster responses, better service, and better quality. When I reached out about the pool situation the individual who answered was quite condescending. Overall, nice house but it worth the money in my opinion. The hosting service needs work. Maybe chop the whole VRBO thing?”

“Place was fine and as described - host was somewhat unresponsive (text and Airbnb message). I asked for an hour late checkout which was denied, so that left a bad taste as a superhost myself. Plenty of options in the neighborhood so I will look elsewhere next time.”
