Vacation Rentals Beach Properties's guest rating of 4.47 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great place to stay in Florida! Great for a group friend or family trip. Thankful they allowed our dogs to come along. The backyard is fully fenced. The beach is a short walk away but if you don’t want to get sandy you have a whole pool to yourself.”airbnb

“first morning cold water. called the guy told me to check the fuses. the fuse was popped. he told me that these things do happen in a house. i dont need an education from a kid. he was just rude. i believe the fuse was popped intentionally to safe power. this would be ok just leave a note at the box. like everything bad description.”airbnb

“Great house for multiple families in Flagler Beach! Had everything we needed to cook at home with plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the game room and pool! Location is perfect and you can walk right to all of the restaurants that Flagler Beach has to offer!”airbnb

“Very nice townhouse. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Definitely would recommend it. The only downside was the $200 charge for our dog and was not told about this fee until we showed up to pick up the keys. In all my stays, have not been charged extra, only a deposit that was refundable.”airbnb

“We had an overall enjoyable stay and really appreciated the easy beach access, the nice pool areas, and the great selection of local restaurants nearby—those were definite highlights of the trip. There were a few maintenance and stocking issues that, if addressed, would significantly improve the guest experience. The upstairs bathroom fan was not working, and there was no mirror above the master vanity sink, which made getting ready a bit challenging. Some furniture also needed attention—specifically the kitchen chairs (loose spindles felt unsafe), the guest room headboard (not attached), and the downstairs bathroom towel bar (broken). The kitchen and linens were somewhat limited for our group size. There were only a few glasses and coffee cups, one dish towel, and no supplies provided for cleaning dishes. We ended up purchasing a couple of dishcloths and additional washcloths during”airbnb

“Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is when we messaged the host about the huge chip and crack all the way across the stove and all the knives were rusted they only response we got was “will tell the owner” even though 4 host were in the chat. But we were unable to use the stove top so ended up having to eat out more than planned.”airbnb

“If you want to clean the house when you first arrive, don’t mind the musty smell, and the filthy tables and chairs, the rat poison in the fireplace and in kitchen cabinets, cleaning out the ice maker when you first arrive as it stinks; have your adult children find somewhere else to stay, taking a shower in a bathroom with peeling wall paper (we opted for the dirty outdoor shower instead) and outdated EVERYTHING and a company that knows this but doesn’t care - then this is your place! Had to tie back some of the shrubbery to take the walk to the ocean and then step over the overgrown portions to finish the walk. Talked to “management” company - no apologies for anything!! It is a camp trying to be a house, the addition is nice but the rest leaves everything to be desired. There is only 1 full bathroom (peeling wall paper and 60’s fixtures) the other 2 bathrooms are 3/4 baths, one with a small closet shower and the other with a large tub.”airbnb

“I tired to kindly point out issues with photos and got no reply back. So I hope this helps someone else, because photos are falsely misleading. The kitchen had dirty pans and utensils, the bedding had stains, some towels smelled as they were left wet, the couches all have stains, all lounge chairs were broken, landscaping was dead and not cared for. The yard is not fully fenced in. There are no beach chairs or toys available. The shed had random dirty and gross things thrown in it. Area houses are run down and some were trailers. We shared this information with photos to the rental company. If someone would clean this place, buy new linens/bedding, towels, furniture, add outside seating and some beach stuff it would be great! You can walk to the beach and the pool is great!”airbnb
