“The location was absolutely perfect. It overlooked the Gulf and was fantastic! The rental was somewhat clean but very outdated and in need of major refreshing. The carpets needed removed/replaced, the washing machine only did HOT water which made it impossible to do our actual laundry and had to bring it home. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the TVs were great.”

“Great value for the view. It is a little older condo, but very clean. Again, you can't beat the view! Very quiet part of the beach as well. The one thing that was disappointing was the elevator going out on the 3rd day. The condo is on the 6th floor. Ugh!”

“We LOVED staying at Todd's place. The most perfect location right between 30A and PCB. Our favorite part is walking out the back door right onto the beach. His home had everything we needed, and it was very clean. He was very responsive to questions we asked. We will most definitely be back! Thank you for such an amazing stay!”

“This was a great place for our family vacation with kids! The kitchen was stocked with more than enough supplies and the dining table and living room comfortably sat 10 adults. Its location right on the beach was perfect too - getting things onto the beach and back home was a breeze. The house was nice and clean too! We enjoyed our stay.”

“Planned this trip in honor of my mother’s 75th bday and my daughters spring break. Searched for weeks trying to find a place to accommodate our family of 5. I was hesitant to book bc when I reached out to the host, he could not provide info on when the home had been renovated. Advertised as, newly remodeled. Pictures make it appear better than reality, but not far off. Home wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Host sent a guy over the same day to address the issues who stayed three hours. There were just numerous issues and home didn’t smell clean. It had been straightened/picked up, but not actually cleaned. I reached back out w/ additional photos. Expressed the need for a deep clean. Granted, but it was scheduled w/o regard for my itinerary. A personal chef was hired for my mom’s bday prior. The cleaners arrived while the chef was there making it cumbersome&altering the personal chef experience bc the cleaning team wanted to please. They were excellent, improved the stay.”
