“House was clean when checking in, loved the easy access to the beach! Todd was very responsive. Do note that the house is two sections, and you can possibly have another family on either or of the house(upstairs or downstairs). Great place to stay we wish we would of stayed longer!”

“We had a great stay at the Home in Panama City Beach hosted by Todd and Kimberly. Their home is exactly like described and in a great location in regards to beach access and activities along the beach. We walked to restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach, each day during our stay. Other locations were within a few minute drive from the home. The house is very well kept and the pool was a great hit with everyone in our family. Each of the 5 bedrooms were very spacious and easy to accommodate all 11 in our family. Both Todd and Kimberly were very responsive to our questions and needs. We really appreciated the beach wagon and extra beach chairs that helped with carrying items to set up each day. Thank you so much for a great week away for our whole family!”

“This place was exactly what we wanted. We booked for a family vacation- five adults and one child. The private pool was a must for the child but we all had a blast. We have three people who cook and grill so the kitchen and grill were perfect. The beach is an easy walk from the house. We used the beach cart and chairs that were in the garage. Our host, Todd, was very responsive.”
