“The home was very close to town yet offered lots of privacy. It was quiet and felt very safe. The outdoor furniture on the porch was so comfortable and relaxing to watch the sunrise and set. The house was well stocked and provided all our needs for our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!”

“The house and stay were exactly what I was hoping they would be, and worth every penny. Beautiful and peaceful location, very large bedrooms each with their own spacious bathroom, sitting space/s to accomodate our whole party, very clean house, and great proactive communication from our host. Finally, views from anywhere in the back of the house (both inside or on the outside decks) were just stunning, and the icing on the cake! Would stay again without hesitation.”

“My friends and I got to Durango and thought we had a few hours to burn so went to get lunch. An hour later got a text message that the condo was available (2 hours in advance of expected check-in). That was a welcome bonus and such great communication. The condo is in the perfect location - it's only a block from main street so it's exceedingly walkable but it's also quiet. Underground parking was a huge plus. Building is lovely - feels a bit like a high-end hotel with large hallways and big windows. Condo itself was super easy to get into and was just as described. High ceilings, high-end furnishings, welcoming space. Kitchen was clean and stocked and easy to work in, apartment was spotless, all the rooms were nice but the en-suite king room was surprisingly spacious with a HUGE bathroom (lighting was sort of terrible for makup, but everything else - chef's kiss). Excellent place for our girl's weekend. Highly recommmend.”

The communication, check in process, and layout of the home was perfect for our large family. Location to the Purgatory Resort was great. The only minor issue we had with the hot tub was addressed immediately and the hot tub was amazing after a day on the mountain. I would highly recommend this rental for all of your Purgatory activities whether in the Winter or Summer. Great home. Thank you for sharing your home with our family and allowing us to make some great memories with our grandkids.”
