“The hosts were very responsive and the cabin was huge & good location. Some of the locks to bedroom and restrooms were not working. Heating was uneven in the property and it was difficult to adjust. Bagging trash was okay but asking guests to put it in a trash near the road was inconvenient. Gathering and placing all the towels at a single place is okay but asking guests to load the washer was inconvenient as there are a lot of towels. Beds and mattresses could have been better.”

“The home had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. We had a problem that the host responded to quickly. The house could use a deep clean.”

“Wonderful location! Have stayed in the Jarvis building many times and love how easy it is to get around from there. Farmers market on Saturday was right outside our door, which makes it difficult to sleep in, but lovely event to partake in! Upon arrival unit was super stuffy and hot, and took awhile to cool down to comfortable temp. Otherwise very comfy for two people for a short trip!”

“Everything was pretty much as expected. Never having stayed at an air BNB it took a minute to figure out how to get in and I needed a little help so I called them. They were responsive and friendly. Kitchen was labeled so you could find things. The price for the four nights we stayed $2500 was way too much for one normal family since we only slept and ate breakfast there and we're gone the rest of the day. We really didn't use all the amenities such as the pool and hot tub. One of the bathroom shower doors was extremely difficult to open. It seemed to be stuck. It was clean. The garage smelled funny but the house did not. All the things we needed were there.”

“Really cute place. Nice patio. It’s teeny tiny on the inside though. A bit hard to navigate around your travel mate in the living and coffee bar space.”

“We had a nice stay in Durango. The location was convenient, and having our own parking was a definite plus. There are a few areas that could use some attention. The condo could have been cleaner, and the carpets are showing their age and would probably benefit from being replaced. We also experienced quite a bit of train noise on our first day. The train horn was going off about every 5-10 minutes for over an hour. It seemed like there may have been m an issue with the train that day or something, thankfully the noise stopped around 10:30 PM and wasn’t an ongoing issue for the rest of our stay. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Durango.”

“This home is very uniquely decorated and located on a hilltop near-ish to the canyon/artists road (about 4 blocks walking). it is very adobe-like, and roomy. we enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The location was great. Easy to walk to all sorts of fun spots. The host was super responsive and helpful. The beds were really comfortable, hot tub was great, the house had some nice special touches like coffee and toiletries. Overall the house was great for what we were looking for. Only complaints would be the back gate was nearly impossible to open and close. Even with both myself and my husband trying to push and pull it open and closed to get in and out of the driveway, it was way too heavy and didn’t stay on the track. The other thing to mention is that we paid a pet fee and still arrived to the house to find tons of dog poop in the yard and driveway and full trash cans. Other than those two issues we would totally stay here again. Thanks!”

“Kitchen Issues Small Freezer Capacity: The refrigerator freezer is far too small; even a small container of ice cream did not fit inside. Limited Counter Space: There is insufficient countertop space in the kitchen, forcing us to move the toaster into the living room. Outdoor & Safety Issues Broken Outdoor Gate: The outdoor gate is broken and has to be lifted manually to open and close it properly. Stairway Fall Hazard: A loose, moving brick on the stairway is a major safety hazard and caused me to almost fall.”

“The location was amazing. Great views, comfy, and well worth the stay. The only downside was one bedroom had two single beds that were not comfortable at all. Besides that the location is amazing.”
