“The stay was simple and did the job. If not in Ouray, would not have been worth it (thankfully, it’s in Ouray!). A little bit of a higher price for what you are getting. The TV was not enjoyable to watch given how small and far it was from the couch. Most likely, if you’re in Ouray that’s not a big concern! Other than what you can expect from a cottage, it was accommodating.”

“The location is great, with the river walk just steps away, and the hot springs and center of Ouray just a 10 minute walk. It is on a quiet street, with any highway noise masked by the sound of the river. The place was spacious for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. All appliances worked and wifi was good. The view from the front deck is great. The only downside, for older people like us, is the 3rd floor location.”

“Loved our stay here. Super close to Main Street. We ate at "Mi Mexico " restaurant that is about 100 yards away and it was awesome . HUGE plates :) We also love the Thai restaurant. Amazing food and rooftop tables. We hike and jeep in Ouray every summer and enjoy it every time. The cabin is a classic old cabin. Plan on uneven and squeaky floors. Also the stairs going to top floor are like a ladder. Very steep. Also a very tight driveway. I am in a F-150 crew cab and I fit but it's very tight. That said. We loved our stay and this cozy little cabin. Will be back!”

“We enjoyed our stay here! Very walkable into town and the Perimeter Hiking Trail! It was nice to have a garage for our vehicle, along with being located on the river! We enjoyed coffee in the am and stargazing at night on the deck!”

“This place is nicely renovated but it was so hot that we were uncomfortable during the days and couldn’t sleep at night. I’m sure this place is wonderful in the cooler months, but way too hot in the summer heat.”

“Great place, a bit small, expensive, and not all the windows opened. Making it a bit stuffy without air conditioning.”

“We stayed 4 nights.Great cabin for peaceful setting and close to town.Internet was not working..It was very hot especially upstairs.There is no air conditioning and very few windows for a cross breeze.They did offer to move us to a condo but preferred the quiet.I feel like this cabin is not worth the money .Needs a lot of updating.The couch is held together with velcro.There were no amenities.”

“Parking instructions were not clear; text didn't match the sign so had to call for clarification. The cleaners didn't do a good job - dirt and dead bugs throughout, previous renters underwear was left in the washer. The departure text says to let them know when you leave so that the cleaners know when to come, but they stopped by at 9am, knocking on the door anyway. The place doesn't look as nice as the pictures - there's a low drop ceiling throughout, with the exception of the living room. Cheap plastic cooking utensils. The description says you have the entire place to yourself, but there are long term renters upstairs and you can hear them walking around, as well as them coming down the stairs every time they go in and out. The stairwell shares a wall where the bed is located. One of the renters are smokers, and you can smell the cigarette smoke while trying to relax in the living room. It's definitely not worth $340+ a night that they charge.”
