“The cabin has a good location on the lake with a nice deck and dock. The parking is very tight and limited. Along with the space not being properly set up for sleeping comfortably. The loft has no space and the beds are very uncomfortable. We slept on the Murphy bed as it provided space to be able to get in and out of bed bud it was very uncomfortable. The bunk house is poorly constructed and has gaps in the exterior walls that you can see through. We opted to avoid the bunk house for this reason as there seemed to be a lot of bugs moving freely in and out of the bunk house due to the walls not being properly sealed. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of being able to dock our boat and have easy access to the lake, but I would not recommend this location for more than 2 people to stay at. The beds need to be updated as well.”

“We loved the Liberty Lake location, private dock, and nearby trail access. The house matched the photos, but several issues impacted our stay: * Cleanliness: The carpets and couches were visibly dirty and could use deep cleaning. * Layout & Privacy: One bedroom is a converted office right by the front door and kitchen. Its glass doors and finicky blinds offered little privacy or noise control. * Temperature: Lacking central AC, the house relies on a few window units. Some bedrooms stayed very hot until late at night. * Safety: The levels leading to the dock lacked sufficient railing for small kids. In some places, the stair railing felt unstable. * Supplies & Host: The host is a management company that was incredibly slow to respond. Basics like toilet paper and paper towels were severely understocked for a weeklong family stay, and we were told to buy our own when we asked for more. * Garage Access: Told we could store bikes in the garage, but it was locked and inaccessible.”

“Place was in a very nice neighborhood, it was very clean, everything worked and air conditioning worked great. The house is very to the point. I’m not sure if it’s owned by a business or corporation but it seems to lack a personal touch. Not sure how to describe it. Amenities I would describe as sparse. There is only one tv in the house. As a family of 5, this made it difficult to unwind after a long day at Silverwood or the lake without separate spaces to disperse to really, without other entertainment options provided - TVs, board games or otherwise. Listing said they provided shampoo and soap, but we didn’t learn until after our arrival this meant only one small single-use size bottle in each bathroom. So we had to go buy a full set of toiletries to suffice our family for the week - an unanticipated purchase. Had this listing described this more accurately, we could have simply brought our own. Again. It’s very clean and it’s a nice place. Just seemed to be missing something.”

“Quite a rocky start with wrong bed sizes listed. Two of the beds listed as queens were actually doubles. This caused great difficulty for our group as two sets of people could not sleep 2 in double beds. To make up for their mistake, VRA expected us to go out and buy a couple of inexpensive twins air mattresses and sets of sheets and they would repay us for those costs - no offer was made to get them on our behalf, even though our people would not be able to sleep together as expected when we booked the place. They, also, accused us of not reading the listing correctly. We sent photo proof that the beds were incorrect sizes. Finally, Airbnb stepped in to help negotiate the situation. They did a good job to help make things right. In spite of the initial anger, frustration and disappointment, our stay ended well. The house itself was comfortable (except for a VERY hot upstairs) and was in a great location - very close to stores, Coeur d’Alene activities and Silverwood Theme Park.”

“We had a nice stay. The AirBnb was missing a few amenities, specifically in the kitchen, that most come stocked with. It was definitely a little smaller than we expected, though still comfortable for two adult couples and some guests. The hot tub probably had not been used in some time and had a mildewy smell coming from it; the rental company assured us it was alright to use but we avoided it. It was a large company managing it. They were very strict about check-in and out, although they allowed us to use the dock early which was appreciated. At one point, random workers showed up to use the dock for several hours. We had not heard about it. We called the company who also did not know about it. Just iffy communication overall.”

“All was well -But owner needs to have light bulbs checked , wifi service ( tv didnt work ) and the water heater kept making atrocious noises :/”

“House was very nice. The pots and pans were not very clean or utensils. Dishes, glasses. flatware clean. Fireplace did not work. Lawn overdue for cutting. large weeds which my husband pulled. Doggy door was very dirty. Windows did not lock very easy. The vinyl floor in kitchen and bathroom s need a deep cleaning The home overall was very nice.”

“The location and house itself are great. Unlike some rentals, there are little freebies. No coffee is provided although there is a Keurig. No big deal, just bring some! There is also no flexibility with check-in/out. Communication is slow and there is no assistance if you leave something behind. I believe this is due to the house being managed by a third party rather than an owner host. All in all a great house, just a few nuances as a result of management”

“first off the place is beautiful but I feel like the pictures that are on the website are very misleading it states and shows that there is a dock right outside the door which is very untrue you have to go down a cliff which is private property and then cross a road to get to the private doc it's not right on the lake in the pictures make it look like it's right on the lake very misleading also it says there is a Jacuzzi which there is but the water is old smelling and stagnant didn't smell good at all so that's very disappointing also when it's nice and cold outside and you want to dip in a Jacuzzi and it's old old water also I booked it through Airbnb as soon as I did so it made me go to an unauthorized website to put my driver's license in and all that verification stuff which I've already done with Airbnb and airbnp has Specific Instructions Not to do second unauthorized stuff I try to back out and I would have lost my non-refundable paid in full money made me feel was uneasy .”

“Overall the place was nice and very usable. It was a huge bummer that the arcade machine was broken. My kids were so excited admit that. For 2 days they said they would send someone out and finally on the 3rd someone came and said it was broken. Seemed like it had been broken for a while so that was frustrating. There were other Airbnbs we wore looking at with pool tables and arcade machines, but we settled on this one and may have chosen a different place to say had we known it was working.”
