“Nice house in a convenient location”

“The condo was amazing with a beautiful view anytime of the day! It was great access to the beach. The “beach closet” had everything that you need for a relaxing day at the beach. It was driving distance to all the local restaurants! We all had amazing time and would highly recommend anyone too book a stay here!”

“This house was amazing! I got married in Marco and my husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. We are local to Naples so our stay in Marco was a little staycation but it truly felt like we were away on vacation. The house allowed for plenty of space for my girls and I to get ready in the morning. While we did not have anyone else staying with us, the house was certainly large enough to accommodate more guests. The bed was very comfortable and the house was clean. The host allowed us to check in early for a small additional fee. Everything in Marco island is close by, but this house felt very central and was extremely close to our wedding venue which made transfers over very easy. I hope to return in the future!”

“My family and I had an amazing stay at Marco Island! My daughter is disabled and the amount of room we had in the condo was amazing. I personally did not see ramps in the pool area but the beach was accommodating! I especially loved the view! It was everything we dreamed of. The extra amenities available in the room was a great bonus. We loved how private it felt. We had privacy and peace. No loud noises from inside the building or out! The gate keeper being available also made us feel safe. The entire island is full of wealthy charm. It is clean, friendly, and luxurious. Everything we wanted to do on the island was only about a 5 minute drive. We are considering revisiting again in the future!”

“Excelente departamento muy bien ubicado en Marco Island. La vista desde el balcón es increíble. La playa tiene un ancho de casi 500 metros de arena en esa zona, así que debes caminar mucho para llegar al agua. El departamento está muy bien equipado y limpio. Está dentro de un complejo cerrado con seguridad. Como crítica constructiva, les sugiero renovar los colchones. El resto muy bien.”

“The entire rental process was very easy and transparent and the team was helpful. Pictures are exactly like we found the condo and good representations. For this condo, it’s all about the location - it’s perfect and provides beautiful sunrises and sunsets and immediate beach access. If we had two nit picks, it would be these: first, the master bathroom has zero privacy and is odd- works fine, just completely open to the rest of the room. The second is the property managers need better attention to detail - cleaning was fine, but it wasn’t complete, the kitchen utensils are over worn, with the cutting knives actually rusty, and the bed/bath linens are clean but overused. For a place we presume gets rented a fair amount, they would be well served to invest in all of the above yearly. I would rent again for sure and we appreciated the hospitality shown by the owners and management company.”
