“PERFECT location! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips! Beach right outside our window, pool access, gym, water gear rental, deli and market to pick up snacks for the beach, not to mention a reef for snorkeling right outside! The host was very responsive and we had everything we needed and more. Perfect spot on the island, near lots of restaurants and resorts!”

“Honestly not that great. Although unit was recently remodeled, it did have a dated feel as far as furnishings (which were new, but felt way too much "stuff"). This unit was priced a bit higher than the others, so we thought we were getting something a little better -- not really. Main issue was the AC wasn't working very well. We messaged host and they were slow to respond. Tried again and they finally responded than nothing for 2 days when an AC tech showed up day before we were leaving, walked around, and said it's not insulated well and left. Host never checked back. Bummer, wife's bday and she couldn't sleep.”

“The palms is a beautiful and peaceful complex in a convenient location to access all that Wailea area has to offer. Not the shortest walk to the beach compared to other options, but spacious units with large lanais and elevated ocean views from the pool area. This was a last minute rental, and our hosts were very responsive with check in happening within an hour of booking the stay. They provided clear instructions for check in and the unit contains clear guides to operate TVs, WIFI, etc. Any questions we had were answered promptly by written responses and/or a follow up phone call.”

“This condo was perfect for what I needed! Walkable to grocery, multiple food spots, beaches, bars, all while also being private and peaceful enough to retreat back home when needed. The hosts were also accommodating and allowed for a later check out when I realized my flight was later in the afternoon! Would recommend or stay again!”

“The good: this Airbnb is well located in Kīhei, a two minute walk to the beach, and is spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the Airbnb had everything we needed. The bad: the Airbnb had a lot of bugs. The first two days both bathrooms became infested with gnats. Hospitality came and cleaned but only after a lot of pushing and asking. We ended up not using the second bathroom at all the whole stay because of the gnats and other bugs near the sink. It was also very noisy. There was a lot of screaming, yelling, and loud music at night and in the evening. There was a couple fighting one night living in their car outside the Airbnb. Would probably not stay here again given the price we paid”

“Great Hosts with Flexible booking dates and Excellent Ocean View. Centrally located on the Island for easy access (by vehicle) to all areas. Also close to the Maui Ocean Centre and a short drive to all ammenities.”
