“Absolutely recommend this place! Beautiful, quiet location, close to beach. The house is amazing with kids (awesome game room), and offers TONS of space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked with silverware, plates, pots, pens, utensils, everything you need to to chef up a wonderful vacation meal. Katelyn's local recommendations were also spot on! Don't miss out! Will definitely stay here again”

“Enjoyed our stay. Location was great. More private than other parts of island. Located on beachfront with private boardwalk to access beach just steps away. Home had all the amenities needed for family vacation. Plenty of towels, extra pillows, etc. Children in our group loved bunk bed room & lounge / rec area on 3rd floor. While description did not indicate beach gear included, during our stay we found in the garage several beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, pop up tent, small wagon & more. Host was very responsive, kept us informed of any issues & checked in on us from time to time. Home has nice small private pool. Nice patio & pool deck area. Two of the main bedrooms have ocean views with private porch. Garage was spacious. We easily parked two SUV's inside. Home is located more on north end of island which we found more appealing. We have stayed on different parts of the island in the past. We highly recommend the property & would stay again.”

“If we could give it 10 stars, we would. This place was great for a family vacation. Kitchen had everything needed to make memorable family dinners. Plenty of things to do in the house and a quick walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious with plenty of closet and drawer space. Host was quick to respond to questions and helpful.”

“We had a wonderful family vacation at 4 Surf Watch Way! The pictures perfectly describe the home that you see in person, and the layout was ideal for our large family. I appreciate the host's willingness to allow our pet puppies, and the back yard was perfect for them to play safely in a secure fence. The location of the home is very convenient to the beach, a park that includes a playground, tennis and basketball courts, bike riding, and an open field for rec activities. If pop-up storms arise, the house also provides plenty of activities on the bottom level. Most importantly, if we had any questions, our host and her team responded promptly and courteously. We appreciate their hospitality!”

“This home was amazing! There were 18 of us and it was the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room had plenty of space for us to relax and hangout together, and the fridge was huge and had enough space for all of our stuff! The outdoor area was amazing, we appreciated the awning that could stretch out to make more shade while we enjoyed lunch outside, the outdoor speakers, and the private pool. The pool was quite warm and the chemicals must have been quite high, a few people are leaving with green hair. If I could make one change it would be for the pool to be colder and feel refreshing when you jump in! Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“This beach rental was wonderful, featuring an open floor plan, plenty of space for 6 adults, comfortable bedrooms and a great location. Walking to the beach is a bit long with all of our beach gear but the added golf cart pick ups to and from the beach were amazing and fast! The pool was an added bonus, being half-covered from the sun and featuring a TV so we could watch the World Cup while floating. We would definitely stay here again!”
