“Stayed here for the Sturgis Rally with a group of friends, and the location was perfect—right between Deadwood and Sturgis, just off the main highway. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and a great setup for our group. We had an awesome stay and would definitely stay here again.”

“Do not stay here. No instructions for wifi. Main TV doesn’t work and we spent 3 days trying to fix it. 5 guys staying in a house and can’t watch sports together. AI responses. Allegedly phoned me while at Sturgis to give me instructions how to fix their tv which was clearly broken with no wifi identification attached to. No voicemail though. Could not get the door lock to work - in or out. Took 10 minutes to get in one night and would not lock. Excessive charge for 3 days due to Sturgis and a horrendous experience to be able to enjoy hanging out together. I travel almost 200 days a year and this place is a joke. Poor ventilation in the bedroom with two bunks to the point where the guys wanted to sleep in the living room. I will be taking this up with AirBnb as this was so disappointing.”

“This property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood. There was no instructions or guidelines for anything within the home or for checkout whether in written form in the home or communicated through the host. We never did use the main TV since there were 4 remotes and we didn't have any instructions on how to use or what remote was for what. The cell phone service within the home was very poor. We requested an early check-in and were denied which would have been accepted other than we sat outside the property for 45 minutes without there being any activity waiting for the 4pm check-in. We also requested a late checkout and were denied and were shocked to hear that if they had granted us a late checkout we would have needed to pay a fee. This wasn't the customer service we have been used to with other properties.”

“The road the house is on was completely torn up not allowing cars. We had to hunt and drive around. Couldn’t figure out how to get there. Had it not been for a local to stop and help, it would’ve taken so much longer. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. Pots and pans were all scraped and peeling making it unsafe to cook in. Utensils had a white plastic film making it unsafe to use. Turned on jacuzzi in bathtub only for brown/black substance to come out. The pros, however, very comfortable beds! Great location had we had alternate routes with the torn up road construction. Everything else was as advertised. Just wish we didn’t have to buy our own skillet and utensils so I could prepare meals for my family and was made aware of the construction and alternate routes. Please double check dishes before the next guests arrive to ensure they are clean. Found 2 bowls where someone had spaghetti with seasonings. One glass had brown markings from possibly lipstick.”

“Do not recommend this rental. Upon arrival the home was dirty in many areas. Hair in the tub, hair and dirty on the bottom of toilets and under the toilet seats, dirty shelves the dishes were sitting on, a drawer in the kitchen thatS disgusting with sticky stuff. I contacted Vacasa through text and got a vague automated response that it would be forwarded to the local management who would contact me. never heard back. As the night went on, we found the pull-out couch had no sheets and had to go get some. The air mattresses, all 5 of them, would not stay aired up. The hot water does not work upstairs and gets lukewarm at best. Dirty hot tub. There is a cove heater in the kitchen that you can see has burnt the wood on the ceiling above it. And the floor above it, upstairs, is hot on your feet. This is both a burn hazard and a fire hazard. Which led us to look for smoke detectors that are MIA except the 3 bedrooms. Contacted Vacasa again through app. Same response & was never contacted.”
